I walked into the school to find my friends Beck, Jade, Andre, and Robbie with Rex sitting on the stairs just inside the door. I said my hellos and continued to my locker, Beck got up to follow only to be pulled back down by Jade. That was just like Jade always controlling him and anyone else who'd let her; which was mostly anyone cause everyone feared her. There were several girls at this school that liked Beck but he has only ever had eyes for her since I arrived and long before that. I shook my head and walked to him so we could talk cause otherwise, it was not going to happen.
" Hey how are you guys"
" Fine why going to ruin it, Vega"? Jade always had snarky remarks for me and all I ever did was try to be polite
Just then the weirdest thing happened Beck stood up and began yelling. Being he usually is so calm nobody knew what to make of it.
" I am so sick of you always insulting Tori she has never done anything but be kind to you and yet you treat her like crap" Beck yelled much to our surprise
" Ya she has been rude to me she kissed you on the first day here " Jade retorted
" If I recall correctly, which I do you dumped coffee on her head and all she did was retaliate. Why do you find her so threatening"? He yelled questioningly
" I don't know maybe it's the way you to look at each other or the fact you to always seem to be so close." She yelled back startingly us both " You know what I'm done; We're done. Goodbye Beck" She grabbed her back and stormed away
I turn to him quickly "What did you do? Go after her"
" I do not want to" Beck replied walking to our first class.
The entire day of school was just a blur of fighting by Jade and silence from Beck. I wanted to see if he was okay since he hadn't talked to me since they broke up so the minute the bell rang i headed to his RV. I knocked before entering at his response.
" Hey come on in"
I walked into the RV surprised to find him laying on his bed in his boxers he quickly grabbed the sheets to cover himself and laughed.
" I thought you were Andre or my parents sorry you had to see that"
" Hearts and flowers good choice" I laughed turning pink.
" Sorry it's laundry day" He laughed as well
We laughed hard for minutes till I broke it with asking him if he is okay.
" Yeah I guess I'm okay" he replied sadly
" There is some girl asking about you, you know now that you and Jade broke up, " I said slowly before quickly adding " You know if you are ready to move on anytime soon"
" Really like who," he asked raising his eyebrows in question
" I don't know some girl" I answered not actually knowing her name
" OH does she have long brown hair and brown eyes and a beautiful smile"? he asked as if hinting at something
" No she has short blond hair, green eyes, and a big smile " I replied
" Oh " he replied sounding disappointed
" What were you hoping it was someone else, " I asked
"No of course not why would I?" The lie in his voice transparent.
" Tell me who?" I asked for some reason needing to know and to my shock he said
" You"
