Chapter 4: I Told You

I stopped the car and looked up to get a better view of the street. I didn't know where the clown went as he went out of view and I didn't want to find out, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I drove fast, not paying attention to the street I was on until Phoebe stopped me "hey, my house is right there we'll be safer in there!" She said.

I drove to her house and parked in the driveway. We hesitantly got out of the car, looking around us to see if we were being followed. Once we made sure we weren't, we made a run for it to the front door. Phoebe looked under the mat for the spare key but it wasn't there "what the fuck! It isn't here!" She said "what?" Gordon asked "the spare key" she replied "let's go back to the car and lock the doors, I'll call the cops when we get in" I said.

Phoebe nodded and we all ran to car. We stopped in terror as the clown appeared in the front seat of the car "shit!" I exclaimed. We all ran in the opposite direction and the clown got out of the car to chase us. I focused my attention in front of me and saw a gas station in the distance "up there! A gas station, we can ask someone for help!" I exclaimed. We all ran until we made it to the gas station.

Everyone ran inside except for me because the clown caught up to me and grabbed me by my arms. I screamed for the others to help me but they were too afraid to come out, they all screamed for the clown to let me go but he wouldn't budge. He picked me up and walked to a station wagon, a station wagon that resembled the one my mom drives. He put me in the backseat, got in the front and started driving off.

I was about to open the door and jump out but the clown locked the door before I had the chance "who the hell are you? What the fuck do you want?!" I exclaimed. The clown turned around and had a napkin in his right hand. He pressed the napkin against my mouth and everything went black.

I woke up in my bed. My arms were tied to my bed with ropes. I couldn't break free of the ropes and screamed for my mother. She walked in smiling "your awake?" She asked "mom, why am I tied to the bed?" I asked "because you snuck out and disobeyed me, your supposed to be grounded remember?" She said "your fucking crazy!" I exclaimed "language! your gonna be in here for a 4 more hours now sweety" she said "what?" I said "goodnight" she said. She turned my bedroom light off and closed the door. I screamed for help, but nobody was going to.
