Topanga pulls out the divorce papers for her daughter and Riley starts crying as she saw them
Riley - Mommy the divorce papers I thought you filed them.
She said as she cries
Topanga - I was going to file them but the other day when you were at the house I had a change of heart and I made you believe that I filed them really that I didn't because honey I know deep down you still love him
Still crying Lucas came back she looks over at him and she says
Riley - you're right Mommy I do love him still a lot I didn't think. I would but I do.
There it was she did still love him Topanga Smiles at her daughter and gave her the divorce papers
Topanga - go to your husband go back do what you want with the divorce papers because I know that you don't want this divorce any more than he does in the end Riley because I know you but the decision is yours but I want you to be happy also honey
All this time Riley believed that her mother filed the divorce papers a long time ago
Riley - looks like I've got some thinking to do don't I
Topanga hugs her daughter tightly
Topanga - yeah it looks like it honey
Riley sat down stealing one more glance at Lucas
