"Huh? Is something supposed to happen?" Melisa thought.

The next day...
"Another day of scho....." Melisa was interrupted by a small flashing blue light.
The locket.
It shone bright as if the sun was in her hands. It was an intense power.
*thump thump thump
Her heart started beating. Then the light became dimmer.
In disbelief Melissa took the locket of and got ready.
Minutes passed by.....
"WHERE IS MY BAG!?" Melissa look everywhere and there was only one last place to look. Her bedroom.
She always places her bag next to the door but for some reason it wasn't there...
Her locket was flashing more than ever. It was like a morse code.
"Just take the bag and put the locket on again. Maybe it would calm down."
She ran out to school and met up with Ruby.

Class begins....
"Alrighty class, today I am going to teach you some life lessons." Spoke Mrs Jones.
Melissa wished the class would end.
She sat next to this wierd boy who she was close with.
His name was called John. Melissa and John where really close. They had a friendship thing. But he was dating another girl.
Melissa like him but she wanted to be his friend.
The locket started glowing a bright red colour....
Was the locket connected to Melissa's feelings? Why is this so powerful?
When would her mission come to save her friend?
