Chapter 19

Recap in Cheyenne's pov.

As soon as I played my eyes on him, I was filled with hate. My sisters scent was on him and before Dylan had a chance to tell me no, I lunged at my sisters kidnapper.

Summers pov

I woke up to the sound of shouting and what sounded like....fighting? My head hurts and so does my whole body....all I remember is the feeling of wolves bane spreading through my body and then those green eyes.....then darkness. I take in my surroundings, and I notice that I'm no longer in the cellar or basement thing that they had me in. It looked like they had moved me into a bedroom maybe in the pack house? 

The noise that woke me is loud. I think its coming from outside but i can't make my body move. I lay in the bed for a few more minutes when i can finally get my body to respond to me. I get up and stagger a few steps. I notice that someone has left me some food sitting on a table in the room. I walkover to the food and my mouth waters. I haven't eaten in a few days. 

I debate on if i should eat it or not. My stomach wins that fight and i eat it. As soon as I'm done eating my stomach starts churning. I feel sick. I run towards a door that I'm hoping is a bathroom. I shove the door open and i see that it is a bathroom. I make it to the toilet just in time before i puke up everything that i just ate.

After i get done puking my guts out, I rinse my mouth out with water as best as I can, then I make my way back to the bed to take a look around. I see that the room I am in has a refrigerator, cupboards, counter and a mini stove/microwave thingy for food and I guess that since these things are here that there is food in the cupboards. 

I'm still looking around and the commotion that i heard earlier is getting louder. I hear snarling and growling. I see a window and i walk over to it. I look outside and what i see really confuses me and shocks me.

I see a wolf that looks like my sister and her mate Dylan outside....the only problem with this is that the wolf that looks like my sister has the guy with the green eyes up against the wall with his throat in her jaws. And the wolf that looks like Dylan is protecting the she-wolfs back. 

As i take this in i watch as the she-wolf looks at me from the side of her eyes. Her eyes glaze over.

Summer is that you in the window? 

I can't say anything back because I'm shocked. How did she find me? 

Summer answer me or shake your head do something!!!! Please just nod or Idk MOVE!!!!!

I do as she asks and I shake my head yes and then I get my head together and mind link her.

Cheyenne? Is that you? How did you find me? Who is that guy in your jaws!?  I all but ambush her in my mind.

She replys a few seconds later. 

You mind linked me when you got kidnapped and we came to find you...the idiot that I'm holding in my jaws is Alpha James of the Black Shadow pack....hes the fucking Dick that kidnapped you......and he injected you with wolves bane.....

I stand there shocked.

  Hey dumb dumb! 

I hear chloe in my head.

HELLLLOOOWWWW we need to shift and get the hell out of here! Give me control please you need to rest.

I dont say anything as I slip back into my mind giving Chloe full control. Knowing that when she has control things are going to get even uglier than they already are.

Chloes pov

Summer gives me control and as soon as she does i shift. I'm so pissed off. I also noticed that summer hasn't figured it out that her sister is pregnant.....she also hasnt figured out that something has happened to us either. 

I bust through the door of the bedroom and shoot down the stairs. I see a window that leads to where my sister and her mate are so I jump through the glass and I'm finally outside. Cheyenne's got the Alpha pinned and his face is turning purple, Dylan is at her back trying to keep the other wolves off of her. I rush over to help him. 

I make it just in time, as two wolves jump at Cheyenne. Dylan grabs ahold of one but that means hes distracted. The other wolf lunges at cheyenne and as soon as he lunges, i sink my teeth into his flank and throw him across the yard. He hits a tree with a yelp and a loud snap. He tries to get up by he can stand on one of his legs, the bone snapped when he hit the tree.

Dylan is trying to get Cheyenne to let go of Alpha James but she isn't budging. I walk over to her and nip her ear. I see anger flare in her eyes as she drops James to the found and spins on me expecting a fight with a different wolf. When she recognizes that it is me she relaxes slightly.

Cheyenne leave him be hes had enough for now....lets go home. 

She looks and nods

Cheyenne isn't in control right now Chloe.

I give her a wolfy grin.

Sorry Skyler,but seriously lets go home I miss my mate. 

We all turn to leave and when we tune around the wolves of the Black shadow pack rush towards their alpha. I head Skyler snickering to both of us in mind link and I can't help but smile.  

Soon we are out of Washington and heading home. I dont know who that man was that kidnapped me or why. But when I get home all Im going to do is curl up with my mate and shower him with kisses and hugs. And then ill find out who James is and what he really wanted from me.
