Chapter 21

Look guys im sorry that i haven't updated in a while but nobody ever tells me to....i really would love for people to vote and comment on my book even if you think it sucks. I also need help with my book cover, i want a different image so please just inbox me any ideas! I love you all for reading my book and for bearing with me over the last few months!

Cheyenne's pov

He reaches for my other foot but this time i dont jerk it away. I lay there and watch him wrap the rope around my other foot then tie it into a secure slip knot and then tie it to the end of the bed. I feel myself shaking slightly. 

Really? What are you afraid of? Its not like he kidnapped us! So calm the fuck down woman!!

I roll my eyes at Skyler and try to block her out of my mind. Shes trying to gain control of me but Im not gonna let that happen....or so I thought. I feel Skyler drain some of my energy and I feel sleepy. Thats when I feel Skyler slip into control.

Skylers pov 

I feel Cheyenne slip into unconsciousness and I take over. If she doesnt want to give our 'big, bad' alpha a challenge then I will. He just finished tying my feet up to the bed and he gives me a look. I know that my eyes are showing instead of Cheyenne's so I make our eye color flicker so it looks like shes fighting for control. He gets back on the bed and hovers over my body. I can't help it. My eyes turn golden. He sees this and he nervously bites his lip. 

I know what im about to do is sort of crazy but hey! Why not do it to see what he can do to stop me. He starts leaning down to kiss me and thats when I shift. He yelps with surprise at this and he falls off of the bed. The rope that was around my ankles snapped in half. Im half way laying on the bed and half on the floor laughing my ass off at his face.

His eyes darken slightly and he lets out a growl. I cock my head and give him my best puppy eyes and push out my lower lip into a pout. He growls again and I flatten my ears to my head. Hes trying to get me to submit to him but I wont do it. He starts to get up so I start backing up. With every step I make he takes two. I know hes trying to back my into a corner so I need to plan something, and I need to do it quickly.

In an instant an idea comes to my brain. I know how to get out of here but i need to test my acting skills. Instead of backing away from my mate i walk to him. He stops and stares at me, confused. Im internally giggling, he has no idea what's coming. 

I walk up to him and rub my head on his chest and i nudge him with my nose to the direction of the bed. He gets the idea and goes over to the bed. I shift back to human and slowly, seductively, walk towards the bed. His eyes linger on my naked body as i staunter up to the bed. Now is where I put my plan into motion.

Summer its Skyler I need you to come up to Dylan's bedroom in 10 seconds and open the door then you had better run like hell.

She immediately answers.

Okay I will be there in 10...just to be sure what's going on? 

Nothing that you need to know about sis...its personal...just be here in 5 okay?

Okay gotcha.

I laugh in my head and I look back at Dylan. I get on the bed and straddle his lap and lean forward. I brush my lips softly against his and he growls slightly and wraps his arms around me and deepens the kiss. 

Im here and just say whenever so I know when to open this thing and run.

Okay just wait. 

I break away from the kiss and look at Dylan. Everything else happens so fast. I shift and lunge towards the door.

SUMMER NOW!!!

I shriek at summer through mind link and the bedroom door flies open and I bolt. Im laughing my ass off cause I hear Dylan growl possessively and I can hear his foot steps. I bolt out the main door of the pack house and shoot into the woods. 

I can hear another wolf running behind me and I assume its Dylan. But oh boy was I so wrong about that. I look behind me to find a wolf behind me, bit the problem is that its not Dylan....its a light brown wolf and whoever it is they are really fast. I can tell that the wolf is either alpha or beta because of their size but I can't tell if its a male or female.

The strange wolf is gaining on me fast. And I start to panic....where is dylan??? He should've followed me and I know he was following me. Thats when I forgot I am a little faster than he is. Im still running from this strange wolf when I smack right into something solid.....and....warm?!? 

I hit the ground with a thump! And I tilt my head back to see what I hit cause I sure as hell know that its not a fucking tree. I see two pairs of eyes and two pairs of fangs. I immediately get the sensation of danger!!! Coursing through my body. 

Both of the wolves step out into my view and my eyes widen with fear. I know who they are....but I dont know why they are here. Cheyenne doesnt even know who these people are at all and I will protect her and my pup from these ass holes. I let out a menacing growl and it is abruptly cut off by the prick of a needle. All I hear is a howl of pure rage as I plunge into darkness.
