Senior Year

NARR- **ring** **ring** goes Jakes phone. He wakes up and turns his alarm off. It is 6:10 in the morning. We was into his bathroom to get ready.

Jake POV: Wow. Thats all I can say about last year. Alissa and I broke up, and it was really rocky. I don't really plan on dating this year, I mean I am still heartbroken. I am a changed man. I am the caption of the football team with a scholarship on my back already. I also am 4th in the state for wrestling, hopefully higher this year now that my big brother Logan is in college.

NARR- **beep beep** **beep beep** rings Erika's alarm on her phone. She rolls over to turn it off.. She heads over to her closet to pick out her outfit for the day.

Erika POV: Well last year went really well for me. Except that Brad, my now ex, completely ruined me. I just couldn't do what he wanted me to do. It was more toxic than anything. My grades are good I am 20th in my class. I am also the caption of the cheer team with my co- captain and best friend, Tessa. Time to get this day started.

NARR-**beep beep bop** **beep beep bop** sounds Tessa's alarm. She has already gotten started for the day before her alarm sounded.

Tessa POV: Just on time, I like that. I am super excited for my senior year, like come on, IM A SENIOR. I can do so many more things. I am the co- captain of the cheer team I have a boyfriend I have a world of possibilities for me. 

NARR- Jake stands outside of school waiting for his friends Chance and Anthony. He peers up from his phone to see them running at him.

Jake- "you're late, like always" 

Chance- "what do you expect" he says out of breath 

Anthony-"its the first day of our senior year, who really cares at this point"

Jake- "I do"

Anthony-"why?"

Jake- "well I have a feeling this is going to be my year"

Chance-"why do you say that? You're single and the caption of the football team that just doesn't add up"

Jake-"stereotypes aren't my thing"

NARR- Just then Erika exits with Tessa from her car parked right infant of the school. Jake, Chancw and Anthony, heck, every guy with eyes looks at them with their eyes focused on them.

Erika-"does it ever feel like we are being watched?"

Tessa-"Kinda" she says giggling with Erika as they walk toward the school

Chance- "thought you said stereotypes weren't your thing, Jake"

Jake-"things change"

Anthony-"and so did the cheerleaders. The summer treated them well"

Jake-"no kidding"

NARR- Erika and Tessa walk passed the three boys

Erika and Tessa- "hey boys"

Chance-"hey hotties"

Anthony-"whats good...besides you two?"

Jake-"hey" he says then quickly looks away

Jake POV- Damn Erika really changed since after her and Brad split. Maybe I should... no Jake you can't go after her. She has her mind fixated on other things right now.

NARR- They all head inside to start their first day at Wospen High.
