Angel's POV

I was awoken by the alarm of my phone. That means it's already time for our fight.

"You're really going to your fight huh?" Joaquin asked lying down beside me.

"Yep. I have to. Besides, I missed being me." I said and grinned at the thought.

"If it what makes you happy then I'm fine with that." He said and walked out of the room.

"What's wrong with him?" I mumbled to myself.

Gotta prepare dinner first. I can't have a fight with an empty stomach.

I went downstairs to cook our dinner when I saw Joaquin paying the delivery guy.

"I ordered pizza." He said. I glared at him.

"Why did you order pizza? You know I went shopping for some ingredients and food earlier. It would be wasted if you keep ordering food from outside." I said and grabbed a slice in the box of pizza.

"It's just for tonight. I'm getting hungry and you were taking so long to wake up so I already ordered food." He said complaining.

That's why I can't leave this guy alone. He'll probably eat junk food while I'm gone and that will be unhealthy. I'm always telling him to maintain his body weight but he abuses it with so many junk food. Gosh. It's like I'm a mother taking care of a selfish kid. This is tiring.

"I almost thought you were not breathing so I gave you CPR." He said and smirked. I blushed at his statement.

I can't believe he kissed me while I'm sleeping. Well, I am used to it. But this time I felt something more than butterflies in my stomach. I can't really explain it but, you'll feel it when you know it. I suddenly thought of a fairy tale of a princess. If only my life was really like a fairy tale. I'd be happy to create my own story.

"I saw that." Joaquin said and winked at me.

"Tch." I said and rolled my eyes. I just continued to eat the pizza when...

"Hmm!"

"What the fuck? Why did you do that?" I exclaimed blushing.

"My lips were getting dry." He said and smirked at me.

He kissed me while I was eating. How cheesy was that? Wait. Why did I just say that like I'm a flirty girl? Erase. Erase. Erase.

I'm just going to pretend that I didn't say that in my head.

"But the looks of it, I think you liked it." He said and moved closer to me.

"Can I have another kiss?" He asked and moved closer.

"No." I said chuckling and pushing him away.

"Aww. It hurts me to see you pushing me away." He said and put his hand on his chest acting like he was hurt.

"Silly." I said and laughed at him.

I stopped laughing and looked at him. He looked at me. We both looked at each other for a while and then burst out in laughter.

I don't even know why and what are we laughing about, but I'm glad that I'm laughing with him. If it wasn't him, then maybe I'm just less happy right now.

While in the middle of laughter I heard the doorbell rang. Maybe it's them.

I stood up and walked to the door but I slipped on the floor and fall. I heard a loud laugh behind me and I looked at him and glared but later on I also laughed at my clumsiness. I'm happy and contented with him by my side.
