Chapter 10 Singing for Someone

I was at music class singing while playing the piano (I started since I was 6)I usually do this on my free time when I'm not in class.

Anyway,while I was playing the piano, I saw a shadowy figure standing at the front of the door.When he walked in,it turned out to be Orochi.

I stopped playing as I turned around and jumped as I saw him.Come on,it was getting good,keep playing.

I started blushing really hard and told him.You heard nothing!And I'm pretty sure I did heard something.He said with a smile on his face.Then again he is the son of the greatest conductor in the entire city.

Who could you expect someone that could hear me from a mile away.That's why they called him "The Perfect Ears".

Well what are you waiting for,keep playing.He said.I'm comfortable playing by myself thank you.

But the way he was looking at me,I kept playing,but only because he was my only friend.

So tell me,why don't you play that song for Zac?He asked curiously. I'm to scared to play for someone else.I said as I face my head down.

Why!?He would've loved to hear you sing. I sighed as I said to him,there's no way that he would love my song,to be honest,I could never be good as him.

Then Orochi had an idea.He grabbed my hand and we went out of music class.W-where are you taking me Orochi!? I shouted as I followed him.

Time skips...

When we stopped,there a huge building right in front of us.Does he knows about this place? I thought.This my fathers opera house.

My eyes widen as I looked at the building with my two eyes.Orochi and I went inside the opera house and saw a huge stage and there was a bunch of seats too.

I was amazed what he had shown me.So,are you ready?He asked.I shook my head yes as we walked up to the stage and hand him one of my lyrics that I wrote a few weeks ago.

Orochi sat on the seat with one of my lyrics in front of him and started playing.

I sang my heart and soul and pretend there was an audience even though I have stage frights.

Time skips...

We finished the song as Orochi clapped for me.I blushed a little and gave him a nod.That,was great,I never heard a beautiful sound like that until now.

Well...thank you.

When did you learn how to sing like that.A familiar voice that Orochi knows.

Hey dad,he said as he waved at him.So this is the greatest conductor that Orochi was talking about,I thought.

I opened my mouth and told him,My mother.My my,for a girl your age,you got a beautiful voice.He said with a smile.

Thanks a lot,that means a lot.Now I hate to ask a selfish question,but,would you mind if you could sing for me?

Orochi paused him and said,I don't think she wants to-

I stopped him said yes.He sat down on one of the seats and Orochi started playing the piano with a different lyrics this time.

When I stopped singing,the conductor clapped real hard as I took a bow.I thought,performing for one person wasn't so bad,guess I should've listen to Orochi more often.

Maybe he was right,I think I may can sing for Zac one day,well,if I had the guts to do it.

Bravo young lady!That was magnificent!I could help but to be bashful.So,can I call Zac now?Orochi said as he grabbed his phone.

Not a chance,you know I'm not ready for that!I shouted as my whole face turned red.His dad chuckled a little bit and walked toward me;Would you?It would be nice to sing for an idol like him.

Please sir,don't encourage him. I begged. I 'm not encouraging him,anyway,I'll see you soon.Both me and Orochi waved at him goodbye as we walked out the door.

I gotta go back home,I didn't realize what time it was.Thanks for showing me that opera house.

Hey,it was actually a surprise for you.My dad said we can practice here if we want to.

Wow that's so cool!I shouted with excitement.I hugged him and of course,he hugged me back and waved at me a farewell.

I would really want to sing for Zac,but to be honest,it's probably gonna have to wait.

Haha guys,I didn't get to go on that trip.To tell you the truth,it was cancelled,anyway,I hope you like this chapter and tell me which song you like the best.
