Mal's POV
I followed Ben about half way down the corridor when he stopped. We stood in silence for a moment but it was him who broke the peaceful moment.
"Mal,this will probably come as a shock but I hope that Im doing because I love you." He explained
"Of course I will Ben." I replied
"Ok then. As king I am responsible to look after the other royals as well as the kingdom and my parent have decided that I need more help so they told me to pick someone to be a princess... And I choose you." He smiled
"What?!" I practically screamed
"Your coordination will be in a month. Before then you need to sort this all out for your big day." The king explained
He handed me a roll of paper listing many jobs. It read:
For the new princesses coronation the will need to sort out
-a dress
-hair and makeup
-decorations
-entertainment after the big event
-food
-jewelry
and
- the guest list.
This is going to be hard... I thought to myself.
"Is that ok?" Ben asked
"Yeah" I replied
I turned away and made my way down the corridor to my room. This is going to be hard to explain to everyone.
