I don't know when
heart kept talks of heart on the lips.
This heart didn't understand,
I kept on explaining to it..
I tried forgetting you,
by trying every trick..
Trying every prescription,
but from my heart, never came down -
the hangover of your memories,
the hangover of your talks...
I don't know when my sleep went off,
in sleepy nights,
I don't know when my hand
went into your hands, O beautiful..
My steps start moving towards you,
whenever I take a step,
I think of going away from you,
but I come closer to you..
I never stopped in a place,
I never paused in a place,
The way I loved you,
No one such I saw ever..
But since I saw you,
what never happened began to happen.
My heart, waking me up,
began to sleep in the chest.
My nature is changing,
As if some blessing is here,
Now there is just this wish,
that from the heart, this [hangover] should never end..
