Chapter 9

(Jack J's POV)

When we got to the beach I went to get us some IceCream. I ordered our ice cream and started walking back when someone grabbed my arm. I quickly turned around it was Jack. Ge asked me if I knew where Sabra was and I told him she was with me and was going on a date with me tonight. He told me he needed to talk to her. I figured something happened and she wouldn't want to talk to him so I told him she wet to the mall and was coming later. I can't believe I lied to my best friend since kindergarden. Then I saw Cam with Carter. They ran over to me and we just talked. Then Cam asked if Sabra and I were still going on a date I said yes and carter said he wanted to meet the "lucky" lady. So I told him she was aiming which she was she was just coming out of the water but I noticed something . A huge bruise? I asked what happened and she said she fell I knew she was lying but I just pretended I believe her. Then Carter whistled and cam hit his arm playfully. Carter started flirting with her until I walked up to him and told him that she was still my date.He said he was "playing with me"

(Carter's POV)

Me and Cam were on the beach when we saw Jack J. We went up to him and and we're talking. Then I met his girlfriend. Wow! She was really pretty and of course she's taken. I was kind I flirting with her but I won't take her. Then Jack told me to stop so I did. But I got her number so yay! We went to the pool and Jack went to get some food so I was with sabra and cam but then he had to leave so it was just me and her. We were the only ones here so ya. Then I heard a scream sabra was drowning I jumped in and grabbed her she was passed out. I got in the car and drove to the hospital which was 2 min.s away. The people took her and I waited and called everyone. They came rushing through the door. I told them what happened and blamed it all on me. I just ignored it. Was it my fault though? Then the doctors we could come in. I jumped up and ran in she looked at all of us with a wired look expect Cam and I. The she said "Cam, Carter who are these people ?" How did she only remember us?
