One morning while Alexandreonna was walking to school like she do every morning. She decided to take a short cut through this back yard of this home. She was half way through the yard when guns were going off in the house. Alex ran behind some bushes on side of the house. She did not see anyone but she hear screaming. Alex tried to run but she was too afraid too. The guns were loud Alex didn't know what to do. The Gunmen lift the house Alexandreonna walked to the front and she could not belief her eyes. She saw a body and a lot of blood on the front porch of the house. (Oh My God!) she said she ran out of the front yard what am I going to do I have to call the police. No! With a whisper they might think I had something to do with it. Someone had beat Alex to the push she heard police sirens. So Alex ran all the way to school which was a block away.
Alex could not concentrate on her school work at all. She was thinking about what happened before she got to school. Miss Clinton, Miss, Clinton (yes Mr. Gelly) said Alex are you with the class today (yes). We are not studying the outdoors today Miss. Clinton (sorry Mr. Gelly). Miss Clinton, I need to see you after class. Alex's eyes got really wide she ever had to stay after class. The bell had ranged class read chapters 2 through 4 there will be a test tomorrow (ah man) said some of the students in his class. Now Alex what is going on with you this morning? Alex started crying. Oh, Uncle Paul, I was walking to school this morning and I heard people shooting guns (Oh Alex!)Uncle Paul I was so scared (come here sweety). Paul gave Alex a big bear hug. Do not take any more shortcuts to school do you hear me Alex (yes Uncle Paul). Thank God that you did not get hurt Go to lunch I hear they are serving meatloaf and hot gravy (that sounds good Uncle Paul).
But I am going to have fries with mine (so am I) said Mr. Gelly. Alex are you going to tell your parents about what happened (no I know if I tell them they are going to go crazy and drive me to school every day). I will not go that way anymore the school is just a block away so I will take the long way. (Alex just be careful)I will Uncle Paul. Alex mom came to pick her up from school. Alex got in the car and your mouth started running a mile a minute. Mom guest what (what?) after I graduate I want to become a crime fighter. I want to help people and get crooks off the streets (baby! baby! baby! slow down you are talking too fast)! As her mother is smiling (Oh I apologize). What brought this on and slow down so I can understand you. In class, we watched Law and order SVU and it was good. Well, sweety you can be whatever you want as soon as you graduate from high school in about seven months. Onna you are 15 years old you have your whole life ahead of you.
One evening at dinner Alex talked to her mother and father about working at the Rainbow Police Department. Mom Dad I want to work at .the Rainbow Police Department. They have a program for high school seniors who are going to college to study criminal justice they need to know by Friday. Are you should that what you want to do this ask Alex's dad (yes daddy I do) Let me and your mother talk about it then we will give you our answer at the end of the week. Alex let out a loud screech and clapped her hands. The day before Alex went to school that Friday Alex and parents sit down for breakfast. Alex your mother and I talked about you working at the police department. We both agree yes that you can work at the police department Alex screamed (YES!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!)and ran and hugged her mother then her father then went to school. How this all comes about asked Jake Alex dad's. Well, she got in the car last week mouth running a mile a minute (that's Onna) and was telling me that her class was watching Law and Order SVU.
That's when she wanted to become a crime fighter (just like her mother) Wait just like her father too. Our daughter is following in our footsteps (That she is) stated Mattanna Alex's mom. Well, sweetheart, I have to go the work I will see you this evening said Mattanna. Mr. Gelly gave his wife a kiss (see you later). 30 minutes after Mattanna lift then Jake left for work. The following Monday Alex started working at the Rainbow Police Department. She works 2 hours every day after school and 8 am to 12 pm on some weekends. Alex's dad works for the Government and so does Alex's mom. Alex's mom is a persecuting attorney Alex's dad is a biochemist scientist. They also work for a secret Organization called T.A.N.G.L.A.S.
