Connor
So we walked into the party and it was already full. All I wanted to do was listen to Caitlin all night telling me stories and getting to know her. This was the first time I had had a connection with someone since Becky and I split up. She was amazing, so pretty and she had me in fits of laughter from the moment we met. I found us a spot on the sofa and Becky said she was going to get a drink, as soon as she left I got a message from her telling me to relax and that Caitlin really liked me. I know its weird my ex setting me up with someone but she knows me so well and I would trust her with everything. We spent ages talking about random things getting to know each other better and talking about life in general. It was nice, it felt like we had known each other for years not hours.
Caitlin- Do you ever feel like things are meant to happen?
C- Definitely – and I kissed her right there in the middle of the party and it felt like time stood still.
Just as we were enjoying the moment I heard Brad on the microphone – Sooo Basically we have thrown this party tonight to celebrate our newest member joining the band officially so can you take your eyes off that lovely girl for one moment and come join us up here Connor. Everyone laughed. Real funny boys real funny, I thought as I walked up onto the makeshift stage.

Caitlin
I was enjoying talking to Connor. He was so cute, telling me about his family and the antics that his bearded dragon Rex gets up to. We had so much in common and I couldn’t help thinking this was all too good to be true. Why would the hottest guy at the party, with the best personality like me? He laughed at all my jokes and it just felt like things were meant to be. I was staring into his eyes when he lent over to kiss me. It was the most passionate kiss I had ever had, it was amazing I felt like I was in another world. That was until Brad came on the microphone and ruined it all. It was over too quickly and he was onstage ready to play their set. I had so many questions that kiss had sobered me right up I just wanted to be close to him again.
They started singing wild heart and it was amazing the whole crowd was singing along and everyone just loved them. They were going to be big, and they wouldn’t be our little secret for long. Becky came and planted herself down next to me, she had the biggest smile on her face and was singing along to with the band.
Caitlin- Why are you so happy? I mean I know why I’m happy I’m pretty sure I’m the luckiest girl in the world right now.
Becky- No you’re not- she chuckled to herself.
She didn’t say anything else but I had a sneaking suspicion it had something to do with Tristan who couldn’t keep his eyes off her throughout the whole song.
Becky- So when they finish are you planning on hanging out with Con or did you wanna go home?
Caitlin- Well isn’t that up to Con? I mean he is the one walking us home isn’t he?
Becky- I’m pretty sure he will do anything you say, have you not seen the way he looks at you? And yes I saw that kiss.
She winked at me. I just smiled I hope everyone saw because it was by far the best kiss of the century.
Caitlin- Well I mean obviously I would rather talk to him than leave him why did you have some unfinished business with Tristan
Becky- OMG shut up- she blushed- Look we want to keep it quiet for a while so yes something has happened but you can’t tell anyone not even Connor.
Caitlin- ok ok I promise. Just hang out with Tristan I will sort something with Connor but meet me at yours by 2 ok.
Becky
So I sorted out Caitlin and Connor and I had butterflies about speaking to Tris again. They played three songs and then started shutting down the party it was 1am already that gave me an hour with him. I was waiting outside on the steps watching the drunken people falling out of the house when someone’s hands covered my eyes. I turned around and stood up and Tristan wrapped his arms round me. You were amazing, I whispered in his ear. He took my hand and we walked down the path for a while. He put his jacket around me and it smelt so nice, all I wanted was to be in his arms, I asked him where we were going and he said it was a surprise. After about 5 minutes we came to a house that I assumed was his but instead of going inside we went round the back of the house and into some sort of den. He turned on the lights and I was stunned at how cosy it was, there was a massive sofa and loads of cushions and blankets everywhere. I walked over to the sofa and pulled his jacket around me tighter. He turned on some music and then came and sat down with me. He pulled me in close so that I could feel his heartbeat, I didn’t want to move from this spot I wanted to stay here forever. I looked up and he was watching me so carefully and then he placed his soft lips onto mine and kissed me softly. The kiss got more and more passionate and I couldn’t think of a time when I wasn’t kissing him. We kissed for what felt like a year and then my phone started buzzing. Oh crap it was nearly 2. Tristan looked at his phone.
T- Its nearly 2 we should probably get going... I mean if you want?
Me- Obviously I don’t want to, but I can’t leave Caitlin and we are meant to be taking things slow.
T- True, I wish you didn’t have to leave I just want to lay here with you in my arms.
Me- Your just making it harder for me to go.
He looked at me as if to say that was his plan, but I couldn’t leave Caitlin on her own. It took everything I had to get up off the sofa not knowing when I would be able to see him again. He walked me towards mine and stopped around the corner. He hugged me so tight I thought I might stop breathing. He put his number into my phone and text himself from it, then he kissed me one last time and I went to walk away but he didn’t let go of my hand. He pulled me back in and whispered in my ear that I was the first girl that had the power to break his heart he kissed my forehead and walked back towards his house.
