Chapter 1:Sea tears and owl blood

^^Percy POV 

Slash,dodge,stab repeat. That was the only thing I had in mind. I was killing monster after monster,with the seven and the gods at my side. Soon the army of Gaia was reduced to a few dracaene and cyclopes,but dirt face was nowhere to be seen.

I was fighting the dracaene and Jason the cyclopes when I heard a scream that boiled the blood in my veins. The scream of Annabeth, my wise girl,being pierced by Gaia's spear. 

I stabbed the last dracaene and ran to the place where Annabeth had landed. I placed her head in my lap and took her hand. 

(A/N PLAY SONG AND LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THE LYRICS. Percabeth moment coming!)

"Wise girl, everything is going to be ok? K? Stay with me!" I said trying hard not to cry. "APOLLO GET YOUR LAZY ASS OVER HERE!"

"Percy, please, live your life, don't mourn over me! I love you and I always will! Even in afterlife..." she said

"Annabeth! I love you! Please! Don't leave me!"

"Goodbye seaweed brain" she said and took her final breath. By that time Apollo got there and took her from me to heal her.

"I'm sorry cousin, there's nothing I can do. It's Gaia's poison. It can't be cured."

I stayed there numb, I couldn't believe that the love of my life is dead, I wanted to cry, but held my tears for later, after the battle. Then, my anger replaced my sadness, anger towards the killer of my wise girl...Gaia.

I took my sword, riptide, and slowly got up. I saw Gaia smirking in my direction and, with a battle cry, the sea around Athens rose 20 feet and the biggest earthquake the world has ever felt happened. Gaia's smiling face turned into a horrified one. I ran to her, and a hurricane surrounded us, since she couldn't be killed as long as she's on the ground. We started fighting,but i quickly got the upper hand. I kicked her in the chest and she flew in the sea. I willed the water to take her out at my legs.(Haters:But, Nameless, there's no way he could do that. He may be Poseidon's son, but he's still not powerfull enough.  Me:SHUT UP THIS IS THE POWER OF LOVE KIDSSS!!!)

"Please! Have mercy!" She begged, still on the ground, with too many injuries to get up. I laughed like a mad man an put my knee on her chest, and my sword at her neck.

"Have mercy? HAVE MERCY?" I said calm, but then my anger rose and I shouted. "Tell me, Gaia, did you have mercy when you and your army killed so many demigods? When you killed Annabeth?" I whispered calmly in her ear.

I got up and willed the water to take her and I started boiling the water in her ichor. I was surrounded by a green aura and i think that I looked like a mad man, but it didn't matter at that time. I was having flashbacks of me and Annabeth, our first kiss in the Labirynth, our underwater kiss, spending time in CHB....and.... when she died in my arms... All of that made me angrier and i started heating and cooling Gaia's ichor,making her scream in agony.

I willed the water to take me and Gaia in the air, where I stabbed her in the heart and made the waves to completely destroy her body, parts of it being spread in the Mare Nostrum.
After that, I got to the shore and looked at the gods and the rest of the seven. They were looking at me with fear, shock and awe...

"Percy...."

"...Percy."

"Percy!"

My eyes flew up to meet my dad's. I instantly remembered where I was and what I was supposed to do.

"We ask you again, Percy Jackson, would you like to become a god?" Zeus' voice thundered (A/N pun intended XD) in the throne room.
