When Thea reached the girls, they were happily exchanging gifts in the rooms they shared.
"Thea! We have a present for you," Nicky said. "Come on in."
"I have a gift for all of you as well." Thea said.
"That is so nice of you, Thea." said Paulina.
"Its a gift you can't see but I know you'll like it a lot." Thea said with a mysterious smile.
The girls gathered around Thea, curious.
" I just spoke to Will Mystery." Thea explained. "He has an invited you all to the I.I.S!"
"What is this all about, Thea?" Collete asked.
"He wants you to take a course in the languages of fantasy lands." Thea said.
"That is fantastic news!" Pamela cheered.
"When do we leave?" Nicky asked excitedly.
"You can leave today, if you want," Thea replied. "I just need to confirm Will."
"We'd love to!" they all said at once.
Thea grinned. "Perfect. Will said he could have someone here for you in 2 hours."
Paulina clapped her hands together. "What a wonderful surprise this is! Just imagine! We will learn how to communicate with other people from other worlds."
"I wish I could go, too, but I'm busy here," Thea said. "But I'll be with you in spirit. Now, get those bags packed!"
"How long will we be away?" Collete asked. "I need to make sure I don't repeat any outfits."
"And I need to make sure I pack enough cheese sticks." added Pam and the others sighed.
Nicky picked up a present wrapped in red paper and tied with a shiny gold ribbon. "Then you have to open the gift we got you right now!"
"You shouldn't have!" Thea exclaimed and was really touched. It was sweet of Thea's students to remember her during the holidays. Thea untied the ribbon, unwrapped the paper, and found a beautiful lilac sweater inside.
"Its marvelous!" Thea exclaimed, hugging them one by one.
"Try it on, then we can see if Collete guessed the right size." Nicky urged.
"Of course I got it right," Collete said. "I know fashion."
Thea put on the sweater; "It is really soft and perfectly warm. I love It! Thank you." Thea said.
Paulina nodded. "It looks really good on you."
"I'll call Will Mystery and tell him you're coming," Thea informed them. "Then I'll meet you at the heliport in 2 hours to say good bye.
Thea left the room, and the sweater felt like a nice warm hug for Thea. She is so lucky to have students like them.
