It was a dark spooky night. Cole was snoring as loud as an elephant... I could not sleep...
"My... Cakes..." Cole whimpered in his sleep as saliva as he started drooling. Jay was hugging his nan-chops and whimpering words I couldn't hear. Kai was just... sleeping normally, with his sword at the side. I glanced around and saw Zane meditating.
I hobbled out of bed, rubbing my eyes, as I walked into the toilet. When I looked at the mirror and I had humongous eye bags. They looked like Cole's favorite chocolate cake. I suddenly heard footsteps. Then I saw, through the mirror, a tall, black figure slamming the toilet door.
"Stop with the silly pranks, Jay!!!! And so much for trying to cover up by wearing Cole's gi!! And don't you dare switch off the lights!" I yelled, rolling my eyes. As if on cue, the lights went off. I walked to the toilet door, but before I reached there, I stepped into a puddle of water, I slipped and crashed my head onto the sink and fell, smacking my face on the floor. Before drifting on to unconsciousness, I heard soft but clear shouting and screaming. All of a sudden, all went black.
