It's been two days since Lloyd has returned to the Yang's Temple. He decided earlier the day to take a stroll around the area where the mysterious female had stayed in.
In the distance, the female, who looked different now, under the sun, was seen in casual wear, dark blue shorts, with black thigh high socks and formal shoes for her lower body. For her upper body, she wore a white collared, sleeveless shirt that was covering her upper body, of course.
She knew nobody, except for her brother, and didn't really know the area, so being lost was more or less the most precise word of choice to use currently. Nevertheless, she did not feel threatened but more so — at peace. She strode alongside strangers, staying on the sidewalk, set upon the scenery. She was fascinated by all the stores and buildings, the wide variety of sizes about.
A huge smile formed on her lips, her long black hair as straight as a pencil as she hummed happily, unlike that night where she had her first encounter with Lloyd, she was feeling calm. She found this a tad surprising but thought that it was because God was 'with her', which people would question. She continued to walk, closing her eyes momentarily as she thought to herself.
' Ah... It feels very pleasant! The breeze is nice... Oh, Atsuko, I do wonder what you have planned for me now, and... where The Marked Revolution war will start, if it is going to happen, that is.. '
Soon, their paths collided literally, Lloyd bumping into the woman when he had been looking to the sky with clouds taking his attention momentarily.
"Ah, sorry about that, my mind had been elsewhere. Hey, it's you!"
Hopefully, she didn't get mad. She was pretty hostile last night. He was busy again blocking out that little voice in his skull, making jokes about how he was too clumsy.
The female had ended up colliding with the individual, not falling onto the sidewalk of course, but this brought her back to reality. She took two steps backwards and examined the person who she had bumped into — a male to be exact, and she wasn't the best at conversations when it came to being next to a male. Thus she took two more steps backwards, swiftly shaking her head side to side, taking into account what the male looked like. Under the dim moonlight at that night, she hadn't had a close look at the Green Saviour.
"Oh... Why, it's not an issue at all. My mind, too, was somewhere else. Yet, I'm sorry for the sudden collision."
Although she was an optimistic one, the lady still apologized to the individual, for she bumped into him. Seeing as this was a perfect opportunity as ever — to find out who he was, what he was doing here and seemed to be at literally every place that she is— she stood firmly, and brushed her apologetic nature aside to ask Lloyd quite the serious question.
"Yet, seeing as I have somebody's attention, and not in the best methods at that...By the way, what are you doing here? I get that you're Lloyd, the Green Ninja, I read that from the books, but the question is why do I keep bumping into you?"
Whether she had bumped into him by sheer luck or it was a destined thing to occur due to God's will, she has that feeling that he could help her answer this simple question. And yet, she also felt as though this could be a potential ally to help her, and perhaps be a friend later down the road. Yet, that was for the future, and this was now. And instead of saying anything else to follow-up with her question, she simply stayed silent and politely waited for what his response would be, hoping he wasn't going to protect Ninjago City, a place that she and her brother vowed to destroy.
"Uh my name is Lloyd Garmadon, yes, I'm the Green Ninja. By the way. I'm not a resident here... To be honest, I just got here like two days ago... It's probably because fate made us bump into each other? And about last night... I was searching for someone until I found you, all the same..."
As far as his appearance, Lloyd could be called a thug. He was scowling slightly, probably due to the lack of sleep last night, his hair, an odd blonde-white, which was natural, believe it or not, and the Ninja Gi. He looked intimidating if caught at the wrong moments. Of course, Lloyd was quite nice to those close to him, or when helping a citizen of Ninjago to cross the street for instance.
"Can I help you with anything else?" Lloyd asked, looking at her.
The unknown female stayed silent to simply process all of this correctly, seeing as it was new information to her. A slight look of concern had shown itself on her face for a couple of seconds in features. So this was the Ultimate Spinjitzu Master? Not that she was quite interested in this person, but she had heard of him. Here, standing before her is a man that works... Or at least had some kind of affiliation with the pesky Ninjas. Nevertheless, the young teen did take this opportunity to ask one or more questions, not about his personal appearance, but of something else. Yet, a reassuring smile had formed on her lips as she stood still, prepared to ask what could be considered an 'icebreaker'.
"Yes, erm... Where do you stay?"
When she asked the question, she whispered those four words, because if he was in a new neighbourhood, who knows who else could possibly be here and whether they are good or bad... She stared into the males eyes, not in a romantic fashion, but because looking elsewhere was impolite or could make others believe her to be 'fishy' from their point of view. As for if she had any other questions, they surely will be answered soon as time goes on. The only reason she had asked about where he stayed was because a Ninja or a person who possesses powers wouldn't be allowed to stay in Jabaku Village, the neighbourhood's name, without permission from the residential leader.
"I stay at the Yang's Temple" Lloyd replied, flatly.
The newcomer blinked a couple of times from this sudden answer. A random citizen... Well, not exactly a citizen, to whom she had accidentally bumped into was staying at Yang's Temple?! Wasn't that place deserted?! Or haunted?! She nodded slowly as this information slowly sank into her memory, contemplating to herself... What organizations were here to help 'oversee' the war, that her brother and her were painfully planning?
She moved all this out of her mind, because she needed to have a clear one to truly think. Staying optimistic in the end, she smiled at the male, hands clasped behind her back and at waist level. She felt that this male wasn't necessarily any other enemy, but wasn't an alliance either. Either way, she inhaled and exhaled silently, bringing forth another rather simple question to him, and based upon his answer, it may help her or not.
"I see... Anywho, thank you so much for the information! My name is Kayoko. One more question, if that's alright. Seeing as you're uh, new here and such. Will you kindly allow me to stay in the Yang's Temple with my brother?" She addressed him as anywho, not wanting to call him by his name just yet.
"Uh my name is Lloyd, like I said. And I've got to discuss this with my friends first..." Okay, so the Yang's Temple may not have been the best possible house, seeing as it was kind of haunted, but he'd been staying there often enough to know how most things are now. On the other hand though... She could have asked another person to let her and her brother stay in their house and didn't he just tell her his name? Why did she seem so shocked after he mentioned his name for the first time? Maybe he'd ask later?
This was indeed most peculiar.
