Story Line 1:
7:36 am
Slept an hour late, and now Ani is going to kill me!*throws covers to side, sits up sliding my feet into my white soft fluffy slippers, tip toes to the bathroom, and flicks on the light*
I can't stand looking at my wild wavy/curly morning hair, the dark round faded marks around my eyes, and my little smile I give off to myself for reinsurance. Hope of a good day to come, even though I'm late and my best friend Ani is probably going crazy in AP World History because I'm her only partner for the group project.
Starting the day off, lean half waken over the tub faucet, let hair fall underneath letting the Luke warm water stealing it's fluff away. Resting one arm on the tub rim, and the other hand slowly combing through my tangled lion mane. Feeling like heaven is running through each hair follicle and strand. Then it's time to throw it back into a soft silky like protecting towel, run to the kitchen with nothing but a matching yellow sports bra, panties, and a white pearl sleek robe. Throw in some water into the little tea pot, tapping her foot to the old and hard polished wooden floor waiting for it to fill, set it on the gas stove, and set aside the Stress Relief tea packet. While waiting and stuffing your face with 2 ripe bananas, strolling into the heavily clothed closet, find anything appealing to the slay bitch mood and fork it on. Not recognizing or caring if it matches or not really. Carefully put on a little foundation to hide your sleepless round eyes, fill in them damn eyebrows, and brush your teeth. *Ding* Your tea is ready. Time to head out the door. But don't forget to feed your hungry and helplessly lazy Bangle feline, Yankee.
*Rushes out, locking and shutting the house door from behind while taking a single sip of tea, and burns her mouth and taste buds. flinching, squinting eyes shut in pain and spills a little on her new red shirt seeping through to her skin*
"Ouch! Fuc--, I just bought this shirt. Now my skin is burnt, forget it I'll just deal with it." She said with pain in her voice, and presses down on the burnt part of her chest to relieve swelling and pain.
*Slowly walks into AP World History while hopelessly darting out Ani with her eyes. She can't find the words to explain to her why she's late or if she should lie and say the City Bus was really late. But lying felt like stabbing the one person who spoke nothing but honesty, and peace into her heart, it wasn't worth it so she confessed anyways, and dealt with Ani's reasonable bickering for once. Life is not something you think you know right at the top of your head. For me, I plan out things before the next day starts, role playing it in my head to make it clear and open. But remember, to always pay attention to the little things you didn't have planned out in your day. Little things like people's complements towards your outfit, getting an A on your Algebra 2 test, simply finding a single $10 dollar bill in the parking lot, or even seeing repeating numbers like 12:12, 2:22, 3:33, and etc.
It's easy not to notice trees and plants until you need them. I notice and absorb details about people and things before even knowing them first hand. It's the key to stepping ahead and stalking the prey before you pounce, estimating the speed, the jump, and the range. Knowing your surroundings to make accurate choices in life, like waking up on time for class wasn't what was planned. But as of right now, Ani isn't so fond of the late appearance, all she could do is give a stern look and hand her the work she missed and needed to catch up on.
