Casper's POV

" Is everything done?" I asked my friend Austin.

" Yes, it's done." He said.

" Brilliant!!!" I said and he glared at me.

" What!!" I asked.

" For how long?" He asked and I was confused.

" What how long?" I asked.

" Will you hide? For how long?" He asked me.

" I don't know. Maybe until my coronation day." I said.

" It's long way to think." He said.

" Why so?" I asked.

" I am bored out. It sucks hiding like this." He said and I laughed.

" It's dangerous for me to go out. Besides, we are not in our country. I don't want gathering around me. I hate that." I said.

" Like girls don't ogle you now?" He gritted.

" It's different way to say that you are jealous of me!!!"I tried to make him ease.

" Very funny, Casper!!!" He glared hard.

" Alright then what do you want me to do?" I asked.

" Go back to Netherlands. It's best option. Like you can hide for years!!! Your father the king will come to know that you are alive and find you out anyway with one way or another." He said.

" I don't want to hear a single word about him. He is a killer." I said.

" It was an accident, Casper. You have to forget it now. Let's come out of shock now. It is not the same way to confess. Do you want people think like that you are weak and running away from the truth?! She can't come back anyway." He said.

" I know he will, but the thing you want to know about my concerns?! No, Austin. I won't go back willingly. No one is responsible for this but there is a but which I want to tell you that I hold myself responsible for her departure." I said.

" Alright, as you say. You are acting crazy though, still I can't say anything cause I am helpless in front of my friendship." He sighed.

" Yeah, we know that." I laughed. " By the way, how is your Queen?" I teased him.

" She is alright but she is savage dude." He sighed." Got a hard time. She made me crazy." He said.

" How can she make you crazy!!! I thought you already are." I said.

" Very funny, hahaha." He mocked.

" By the way, you are lucky to have Sophia. She is just perfect. You should be grateful." I said.

" Alright, I know she is your best friend too. No need to praise that much. But I will not forgive you ever that you were the only obstacle between me and her that time. I was gone crazy for her already, man. You should've understood already." He said in a pissed off tone.

" Dude, you were the only person who always try to harm her, now I can't believe you just in a blink of eyes. It was hard for me to believe that you are changed already. I am sorry but you have got what you deserved. Besides, don't complain now she is your wife now." I said and he sighed.

" How I hate you!!!" He said.

" You don't hate me man. Don't lie." I said.

" Yeah, unlike you, I admit if I lie." He said.

" When did I lie?" I asked.

" You said you hate your father and your country so much but what are you doing for last 3 years is showing exactly the opposite." He said and I sighed.

" What have I done?" I asked.

" You know better than me. Don't act rubbish." He said.

" Enlighten me then, I don't know what I have done." I lied. I don't want to admit.

" Well, I don't know if you have any problems with this, I don't want to intrude." He said calmly.

" I don't have any problems. I don't want the people who didn't do anything suffer for me. It's not at all what she wanted me to do. I don't want to go against her will. Her wishes don't matter to him but for me it's everything." I said firmly.

" Then let me remind you that she wanted you to be the greatest king for your country but look at yourself you are even running away from the duties of a prince. Wow!!! What a son you are!!!"he said.

" Don't go any further or else I will forget we are best friends." I gritted.

" I never wanted to go any further or even intrude in your life. But your acts now leaving me with no choice." He said.

" I will leave now." I said and was about to leave then someone knocked at the door.

" Come in." Austin said.

" Good morning, sir." I heard a female voice and the very next moment I saw a girl about 20 or 21 with some files stood in front of the desk.

She was wearing red shirt and black skirt. The first thing I knew in my mind as soon as I saw her is I have never seen such an innocent girl. I don't know face can be fake but deep in my heart I knew she is not fake.

" Good morning, Ms. Thompson." Austin said.

" Sir, this works are done that I was given. I was in leave when I reach office I couldn't find Ms. Regina. So, I have come to give you these files." She smiled innocently.

" I fired Regina. Leave her but thank you, Ms. Thompson for helping." Austin said. Regina was Austin's PA but she is a certified bitch. So, Austin fired her.

" Anytime sir and the files you gave Rony is here. He is not doing well today, so he got a leave sir." She said.

" Alright thank you so much. Let me introduce you with one of my friends you will work for him from now." Austin turned to me.

" He is my friend Casper." He pointed to me.

" Casper Wilson." I extended my hand toward her.

" Christina Thompson, sir. Nice to meet you." She smiled sweetly at me and I felt a strong strange emotion towards her inside my heart.

" Nice to meet you too, Ms. Thompson. I hope you prove yourself trustworthy and qualified." I said blankly.

" Yes, sir. I will try my best." She said.

" Ok, Ms. Thompson, see you soon then." I said.

" Ms. Thompson, you go and gather your things, you go home today take rest and from tomorrow you will work with Mr. Wilson." Austin said.

" Ok, sir." She left then. I watched her going out.

" Someone is melting, huh!!!! I see." He smirked.

" Shut up. Nothing like that" I said.

" Liar!!!" He said but I didn't answer.

" She is a good girl, you haven't chosen the wrong one." Austin said.

" I will get going now." I left the chair.

" Alright I won't force you. You will know yourself." He said.

I was thinking, am I a stupid!!! What is this!!! What am I thinking!!! I need to do something about it.
