【Mikasa Ackerman x Male! Reader】

ᴛʜɪʀᴅ ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴ's ᴘ.ᴏ.ᴠ.

'Why won't Mikasa just tell me what's wrong? She's been ignoring me for two days now. . .' [Y/n] thought as he stared at the said ravenette's hair as she read a book.

Until, Mikasa felt eyes on her and turned around, locking eyes with the [h/c] haired boy; the second she did, he felt heat rise to his cheeks.

He's had feelings for her ever since they were children but she always had her eyes glued to the school's bad boy, Eren- at least, that's what [Y/n] thought.

She just stared at him, blankly, for a few seconds then turned her attention back to the book she was reading; making the [h/c] haired male feel neglected but he was determined to make Mikasa notice him.

Suddenly, he thought of a great plan; he would do it on their last period.

[Y/n] placed a ruby-colored envelope in Mikasa's locker, inside it was a note stating that a secret admirer wanted to meet up with her at the Confession Tree.

When the ravenette found the envelope, she was about to reject it, like always, but something told her to meet them, so she just shrugged and headed there.

Once she was there, she found [Y/n] leaning his back on the tree, Mikasa sighed and faked a cough to catch the [e/c] eyed boy's attention, which did.

"[Y/n] I don't have time for your fake confessio-" [Y/n] cut her off.

"This isn't fake," Once those three simple words left the [h/c] haired boy's mouth, Mikasa's eyes widened. "I really lik- no, I really love you. I always have, ever since we were children. I love your smile, your laugh- I just love everything about you! I know how cheesy I sound but I just had to tell you this because you've been ignoring me for the past two days and this was the only thing I could think of that would actually get you to talk to me again. . ."

The charcoal-haired girl was left speechless due to feeling happiness. [Y/n], on the other hand, took this as a sign that he was rejected. He started walking away with tears threatening to spill.

Suddenly, Mikasa grabbed his wrist, pulling him into an embrace, [Y/n] was shocked, so many thoughts invaded his mind such as; Is she returning my feelings? Or is she just hugging me out of pity? Maybe because I was about to cry and she decided to hu-

His thoughts were cut off as he felt soft lips against his own, it was Mikasa's. He was surprised but soon melted into the kiss, he licked the ravenette's bottom lip, asking for entrance, which Mikasa gave without second thought, [Y/n] explored her wet cavern as they fought for dominance and, surprisingly, he won.

A few moments later, they had to pull away because of a wretched thing called air.

Suddenly, Mikasa broke the comfortable silence by saying five simple words;

"I love you too, idiot."

Words he always wanted to hear.

Extra:

"[Y-Y/n], what are you d-doing? It tickles!" Mikasa giggled as the said male nuzzled his face into her neck.

[Y/n] sighed in content as he cuddled his beloved on his bed, taking in her intoxicating scent.

"I just love you so much. . ." The [h/c] haired male spoke, softly- breaking the comfortable silence.

"I love you too."
