Sariyah's POV:
I pause my TV show once I hear my phone buzz. A subconcious smile spreads across my face the I see the familiar name.
Almond head👨🏽❤
Come through I miss you.
11:44pmExiting out of my messages I tosses my phone on the couch next to me and turn my attention back on my show. I groan once I hear my phone vibrate again before stretching to reach it.
Little girl I know damn well you read my message.
11:48pmBefore I even have the chance to reply to his text my phone starts ringing making a heavy sigh escape me. Clicking on the green button, I talk into my phone speaker with high levels of irritation, "What?"
"Damn, what did I do to deserve that sort of greeting." Lamar replies with little chuckle at the end.
"Mar, it's past eleven on a Friday night."
"Oh my bad," He gasps, "am I interrupting your AHS time?" His voice laced with sarcasm.
"Yeah you are."
"What season you watching?"
"Five."
"Come over so we can watch it together."
"No, I'm not about fall for your little Netflix and chill trap again." I roll my eyes.
For the past two weeks Lamar and I have been together, a lot. Like almost everyday. And if we're not together we're on Facetime. It's fucking weird. Like two months ago I would never have thought of us in that way.
"I'll order food." He states.
"I'll be there in twenty minutes tops."
15 MINUTES LATER:
I grab the key from inside the fake rock Lamar keeps next to his front door then I unlock his door. His dumb ass said he was going to change where he put his key after I figured out that that fake ass looking rock was fake as fuck.
As soon as I get in I take off my slides before walking any further in the house. "Mar!"
"In the kitchen!"
I walk into the kitchen and see Lamar, his bare back was facing me as he's fixing the food. The way his back muscles flexed every time he moved made explicit thoughts cloud my mind in no time.
I walk up to him and wrap my arms around his waist resting my cheek with on the skin on his bare back. "Hey." He says.
"Hey, what do you get?"
"Pizza."
I smile happily, everyone on planet earth knows pizza is my favourite food, so this is a very joyous occasion. "Very good choice." I say before laying a light peck on his right shoulder blade.
