Jin awoke to no Rose' next to him. He began to panic and look around until he saw a note on the blanket telling him to go to her house. He stood up, put his jacket on, and headed for her house. When he got there, he saw no sign of Rose', just a letter that said, 'open.' He didn't think much of it, so he opened the letter with a smile from ear to ear. However, that smile was soon replaced with a frown and hot, sticky tears as he read the letter.
  "Dear Jin,
Jin I have something to tell you, I have cancer. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, I'd thought you'd hate me and leave me. It wouldn't have mattered anyways, last night was our last night together. As you're reading this, I'm already gone and watching you. I love you, I always have, more than a friend. Thank you for being my best friend for the past 12 years, it meant the world to me. I cherished and loved every second with you. I may have always faked a smile, but with you, it was real and sincere. I'll never forget you Jin, I love you.
                              Love,
                                    Rose' ''
In that moment, Jin collapsed to the cold, hard floor and cried his heart and eyes out. He couldn't believe his best friend, his one and only true love, of 12 years had cancer and never told him. Jin thought back to every time he'd ask if she was okay, and she'd always smile and say yes, but it was fake. Though it was fake with others, it was real for him,  and for that, it made him a little happier. He kept thinking to himself that not everything is as people say it is, people do actually hide their true feelings....one of them was Rose'.
