I slump into my office chair and look at the clock 1:00 AM it says night shift ako sa dito sa hospital at onti nalang kaming natitira dito na Doctor, the ringing phone interrupt my thoughts at kinuha ko ang Iphone ko

"Dr.Willison their meds" the message says and I stood up with a coffee on my hands

Lahat ng pasyente ko ngayon papainumin ko ng kanilang gamot and the worst is ako lang mag isa pupunta sakanila I heard lots of complain about the patient ward madami daw silang naririnig na nag lalakad or umiiyak sa gabi

I walk down the long corridor and the lights flickers above me and shivers run down my spine while pasing some patients room may naririnig akong nag sasalita mag isa at tinitiis ko nalang na wag tumakbo sa sobrang takot

"Miss Reyes eto na po gamot niyo" sabi ko at sabay gising ko sa kanya I check her monitor and i press my palm on her forehead

"Thank god wala ka ng fever" i smile at her "bukas na bukas pwede ka ng umuwi" sabi ko at i hand her the meds

"Thank you doc" she said with a warm smile

"Go back to sleep you need to rest" i said and fix her blanket "goodnight" i said

"Next next next" chant to myself and i start to sing para hindi ako matakot because silent narrow corridor is creepy as fuck

I stood at the door room 203 parang nawala na takot ko

I entered the room and Ricci Rivero is in his phone typing something i cleared my throat to get his attention

"Your Meds Mr. Rivero" i said with a poker face sabi ko pero nag type parin siya sa phone niya

"Mr. Rivero" I raised my voice and he stare at me

"Yung gamot mo" i said harshly and i hand him his medicine He said a quiet thank you and proceed typing on his phone

"You know it's late Mr. Rivero you need some sleep" i said and he didn't even acknowledge me bingi yata tong lalakeng to

"You know it's bad to your health yung panay gamit ka ng phone mo" sabi ko

"Well Hindi ka naman si mama para pag sabihan ako diba?" He said smugly

"Well I'm not your mom but I'm definitely your doctor so listen to me for once" i said with a smirk

"Fine" he said at pinatong yung phone niya sa table malapit sakanya "Good" sabi ko

"What now Doctor?" Sabi niya with annoyed expression

"Check ko lang monitor mo okay no need to be grumpy" I rolled my eyes and I check his monitor for some improvements

For a minute of awkward silence he decide to speak

"What's your name?" Tanong niya and i smile

"Justine po Mr.Rivero" sabi ko

"Call me Ricci or cci nalang i feel old pag Mr. Rivero eh" sabi niya making me laugh

"Okay Ricci" i said with a smile

"Much Better" he said with a cheeky smile

"Can you tell me about yourself?" He suddenly ask

"Well I'm not a doctor for now but soon when i past my board exam that's all, pretty boring right?" I said at umupo ako sa upuan malapit sakanya

"Ikaw naman" sabi ko and he raise an eyebrow at me

"Well Player ako ng La salle at na injured ako, pretty boring right?" He said and I laugh

"Ginagaya mo ba ako?" I laugh

"Maybe" he said

"Well ano favorite color mo" he ask

"Red" I said to him

"You ano favorite food mo" i ask

"Lahat wala akong pinipili" he winks and I laugh at him

"Ikaw ba?"

"Pizza Ofcourse sino ba naman may ayaw sa pizza" i said

"What you hate most" i ask and he thinks for a minute

"Stinky socks" he grimace and I laugh again from his expression

"You what do you hate" he ask and stare at me

"What i hate most is seeing kids who suffered they don't deserve this you know i feel bad nakakapang hinayang lang" sabi ko

"Oh my bad wag ka ng malungkot next question" sabi niya

"Sino crush mo sa UAAP Basketball players" tanong niya and i blush Damn

"Secret" sabi ko

I look at Ricci with a horrified expression "Ano yun?" Tanong niya sakin

"Nyeta yan yun!" I said "Yung alin?" Ricci ask

"Madaming nag cocomplain diyan may umiiyak daw pag gabi may nag sasabi multo daw yan pag umga tinatanong namin sila kung umiyak ba sila pag gabi sabi nila hindi" i said

"Takot ka?"tanong niya

"Di ba obvious" I hissed "hindi kasi muka kang galit" sabi niya

"Should i be offended?" Sabi ko

"No because you look hot when you're mad" he says and i look at him with shock expression

"I don't have time if you're flir-" my sentence cut of with a loud cries

"Tangina" i said to myself and ricci laugh

"Look kung takot ka paano ka makakaalis dito?" Sabi niya

"Shit oo nga" i said

"Matulog ka nalang dito" he offered

"You sure?" I said "Im gonna sleep here nalang" sabi ko at umupo ako sa upuan

"Feel comfortable den" sabi niya

"Swerte mo nandito Doctor mo" i said and I drift into sleep until I heard him said something

"Oo ang swerte ko talaga" he said quietly
