Never Again (Ninjago Fanfiction)

Spell

Very VERY sorry for the VERY late update my wattpad wouldn't work which sucked!!! Any who enjoy~ (you crazy people who keep on saying UPDATE!) heh! It's alright tho!~ XD
Kai's Pov:

I clenched my fists with my eyes shut tight. I felt the blades thin side press into my skin it was then when I felt the burst of my element take control. I felt heat everywhere as I slowly opened one eye I saw Morro with wide shocked eyes as he was holding half a knife that was melted. Flames erupted from me as my eyes were red as the flames. I started silently freaking out trying to process everything that's happening when-

Ice seemed to be dancing in the air as it swiveled around in a circle freezing the flames that were around us and then a flash of white showed as the ice broke into tiny bits of speckled snow. I sighed in relief as I felt my fire dying and I felt more in control.

But when I saw Morro and Lloyd-my...some what other side that I didn't know was in me started growing restless and angry. But I was scared that I not something else was losing my control and letting anger control me. I gritted my teeth standing up with my head low. Fists tight with bright orange slowing increasing heat turning a glimmering red.

"I'm-
Going-
To-

Kill You"

I said in a deadly cold voice. Everything around me seemed to disappear as my eyes were fixed on only Morro. He seemed to freeze for a moment, shocked clearly planted into his ghostly eyes. Only for a brief second. Then he flashed to a calm smirk.

"Ooh~ the red one is on fire~ too bad I won't get to see the show hm... I have some business to take care of", he said lifting Lloyd with his mighty strong gusts of wind. I scowled at him. I was scared for my Lloyd. He was at the hands of this ghost! That only sparked my anger more making my body turn scarlet shinning red as a circle of flame surrounded Morro.

I was soo ready to beat the hell out of him, when-

Bam!

I was shoved to the ground hard feeling a cold shivering feeling crawling up my arms towards my shoulders I stiffened still feeling dizzy form the crash, while my arms were put still.

I opened my blurry eyes as they adjusted to see-
ZANE!?!
My mouth gaped wide as I saw my nin-droid friend staring at me with cold emotionless eyes. Only one thing, they were a deadly dark red making me prickle with unease.

And to add to this unfortunate event, Morro stood and began to walk slowly towards me and Zane. Then I understood.

"Zane! Come on! Snap out of it, this isn't who you are, were your teammates your brothers!!!" I urged hoping something would change. But no.

Only a small flicker of red to blue eyes, but at least that was enough hope for me to know that Zane is still in there, somewhere...

As Morro was approaching, a blur of colors flew past him and knocked him over. The rest of the ninja were thankfully keeping Morro busy. 'I must get Zane back!' I thought. Quickly I melted the ice and rolled over pinning Zane down instead. But only for a few moments for him to kick me into a wall of a building. I stood up swiftly recovering but yet again, having my shoulders pinned.

Zane stared at me with a pondering thought and then smirked at me his red eyes flashing.

"Oh Kai, you must understand Brother, that this is only for the best of Lloyd." He said softly but menacingly in my ear. " no hard feelings right?" He said as I saw him speckle snow bits over my head. But these were strange snow...they felt comforting...like I could curl up and just... sleep...yea.. sleep...

I yawned as my eyes grew heavy, I felt weak and like under some spell, yet I felt like I wanted to listen to the little voice. But half of me told me, screaming at me, urging at me to save Lloyd. He was stirring and about to get up when,

I finally gave in.

I heard chuckling as I slowly loosened my grip on Zanes shoulders as I stoped trying to get him off me and fell trapped under the spell. My eyelids closed as I rocked slowly and started slowly falling, bug Zane catched me as chuckled darkly. The last thing I saw was the ninjas fighting Morro, getting in pain for hurting him back and then, I saw, Lloyd staring at me with wide and scared eyes. all I managed to say in a whisper was..

"Lloyd"..

And then darkness
