Violet slowly opened her eyes, blinking them a few times so that her vision would be clearer. As she was finally able to see, her eyes shot open when she looked at her surroundings. Where was she? Its not her room, not even her house. The room she was in seemed like a queen's room, with big walls that were covered with beautiful red and black carvings. Above the sky high roof hung a grand chandelier illuminating the room. All the furniture, including the bed she was in, belonged to Victorian era and seemed Royal. But the strange thing was that she didn't remember how did she ended up here.

She tried to recall the events happened earlier and then it hits her. Pressure built up inside her as her body started shaking violently. Now she remembered everything, she remembered leaving for airport. She remembered stopping her car, and she remembered the guy whom she offered her help. she remembered his horrible transformation of some sort and then the train of memories suddenly stops. No way she was kidnapped. She got up from the king size bed walking and looking here and there. She don't know what to do or where to go. She looked around for an escape route. Stupid girl, she couldn't bring herself to believe that this shit was actually happening to her. What had she ever done to deserve this? She looked around the room, checking each and every window, but it was of no use. The windows were huge and were well covered with colorful glass that matched the theme of the room. Her head was in her hands, her knees coming in contact with the chilly, black, marble floor, while crybaby tears were flowing like a waterfall down her face.

She was sobbing badly when suddenly she heard the sound of the door's opening. The extravagantly polished and well decorated door was opened by a guy with a hoodie with hood covering his face, or should she say who was assumed to be the stranger she met a couple of days ago entered in. His face was still veiled by the hood as he slowly started to make his way towards her. As Violet was violently trembling and backing away, she eyed the object in the mystery man's hands, which was revealed to be a tray of what she assumed to be food. As he placed it on the glass table, he continued to stalk towards her, making her tremble even more violently. She was shocked when he suddenly uses teleportation to appear in front of her. "Please let me go! I promise I won't say anything about you to anyone!" Violet said as she backed away from the guy, whose face was still veiled from he sight. "Don't be afraid of me my dearest darling. I would never harm you." the guy lovingly said, kneeling down at her level. "Who the hell are you?!" Violet asked, sweat coating her face like a blanket. "Your soulmate, the other half of you, my love~" the guy replied while uncovering his face. As soon as she gazed at his red eyes and pointy tooth, a piercing scream escaped her lips.

The ear piercing scream filled the room as the guy looks back at her with his red eyes. As if things weren't random enough, his appearance suddenly changed into a complete human. His skin extremely pale, his eyes green like fresh summer grass and his hair brown like chocolate. For a moment, Violet just sat there, still as a rabbit in hiding as she looked at him in amazement. Minutes ago, he looked so horrible and terrifying that she wanted to hide in a closet, just like most girls do in a horror move once they notice they've screwed up. But now, he was looking like one of the top models from NYFW. Nonetheless, appearance never mattered to her in other situations, so it won't now.

"Raffl, you don't know how many years I have waited for this moment to be with you again" the guy said, reaching to stroke her beautiful face, but decided against it and retracted his hand when noticing her violent twitching. "M-my n-name i is V-Violet "  she said while grasping for air to save her. At this, the guy started grinning. It wasn't an evil grin, nor it was a sarcastic one, but it was a rather sad grin. "That's your name to you, but not me sweetheart." he replied making her look at him bug eyed.
