"Lydia, Lydia, wake up, wake up!"
I hear from a voice that seems familiar but I can't recognize it. Again I hear "Lydia, I'm going to pour water on your face if you don't wake up!" Oh I know that voice that's my overly annoying neighbor slash best friend Anna Clyde. She doesn't have to take the test because she is a year younger then me, she is 15 and I am 16 but that doesn't matter right now . What matters is that I need to get up before I get drenched in water by an angry best friend.
" Ok, ok, I'm up what do you want." I said while I'm still dreaming and overly tired.
" What I want is for you to come with me I have to show you something."
So I got up in my long flannel Tshirt with Hannah Montana shorts and bunny slippers. "So what did you want to show me?" I said with curiosity. "It's the generator that backs up the whole farm, it's not working and I was seeing if you can find something for me?"
"You want me to find a thingamobob that goes into that generator to make it work, knowing my big test is less then a week, is that all you wanted to show me"
"No,.....not exactly."
"What else do you want to show me?"
"I want to show you how to fight."
"Wait what?!"
"For your test, me and your mom where talking about it, that's why her brother killed himself because he didn't know how to fight."
"That's the test, I thought it was just a multiple choice test that everyone stresses out about then goes get Starbucks."
