Peter hung up on me. He sounded upset when he talked to me, just like he always sounded. He's been through so much and I can't blame him. I can understand if he's mad or upset but I just don't know how to help him. I decided I was going to Harry's house. I grabbed my coat and got on my bike. It was only a ten minute ride. When I got there I noticed that Aunt May's car was in the driveway.

Peter wasn't in the car. I approach the door and knock. No one answered. I knocked again. This time Harry's mother answered.

"Hi Mallory, do you need something?" There was a bit of irritation in her voice.

"Yes, is Harry home?" I ask.

"No he's with his father," she replied.

"Well is Peter here?" I ask.

"Um, no- yes , yes he's here," she responded. I knew she saw the car in the driveway. Why was she going to lie to me?

"Can I come in please?" I ask.

"Sure," she responded. She sighed and opened the door all the way, letting me in. I followed Harry's mother into the kitchen where Peter sat. He was eating something from a bowl. Peter looked surprised to see me.

"Mallory what are you doing here?" Peter asked.

"I came looking for Harry," I replied.

"Well he's not here," Peter responded.

"Obviously," I Mutter under my breath. Peter was acting really weird.

"I'm going to use the bathroom quick," I said.

"Okay, you know where it is dear right?" Mrs. Osborn asked. I nodded and walked out of the kitchen. I paused just outside the doorway to the kitchen. I quietly listened.

"Mrs. Osborn, these berries are really good," Peter said.

"Why thank you Peter. I'm glad you like them. Make sure you keep eating those. They'll help you get better," Mrs. Osborn said. Oh my gosh. I can't trust anyone anymore.

I walked to the office room in the house, which was right next to the bathroom, just in case I get caught. I walked over to the computer sitting on the desk. A password was needed. I thought back to what Harry had told me. He told me that the password for his parents files were his actual name. He told me this a little over a month ago. He told me that he wanted me to be able access Peter's files just Incase something happened. I thought it was pointless but I'm glad Harry told me.

I type 'Harold Osborn' into the password box. It worked. The computer unlocked and opened to the main screen.
Files started to pop up. Peter's picture was pulled up with different files about him. They were hospital files, school grades, newspaper articles in Spiderman. I couldn't believe it. They knew. The one thing that really caught my eye was a file labeled 'Biocable Development Unit: Test Subject' .

I needed to do something. I turned around to leave when Mrs. Osborn stood at the doorway.

"Mallory? What are you doing in here?" She asked. I looked at the floor.

"I'm so sorry. I saw this book, "The Anatomy Of the Human Body." My father is a huge fan of anatomy and it caught my eye. I didn't mean to intrude. I'm so sorry," I said. I held up the book  to distract her eyes from the computer and I logged off without her noticing.

"That's alright, I'm glad you have an interest in science. Maybe one day you could work at Oscorp and help us out," Mrs. Osborn said.

"Yeah, maybe. Where's Peter?" I asked.

"He's resting on the couch. Why?" She asked.

"Well, Aunt May called me and asked me to bring Peter home right away. She isn't happy with him because she found stuff in his room and he skipped school. She said if I didn't bring him home in the next half hour she was going to come get him herself," I said. I really hoped she would believe me.

"Oh, I can bring him home," she said.

"That's very kind but Peter drive here and you won't have a way home. So I'll bring him because I also need to talk to her," I said.

"Very well," she said. We walked silently out to the kitchen. Peter had finished the berries. He was looking extremely tired.

"Peter let's go. You're in huge trouble," I said. Peter shook his head. I grabbed Peter's wrists and dragged him to the front door. I could feel him resist but he was too exhausted and gave up. I got him in the car. I put my bike in the trunk.

"I need to see him tomorrow Mallory so please make sure he gets here!" Mrs Osborn said standing on the front steps of the house.

"Sure!" I yelled and got in the car. I closed the door and drove away.

"Peter, there is no way in hell that I'm letting you go back there," I said. Peter mumbled something but I didn't understand him. I got him home and Aunt May was surprised to see us.

"What's wrong with Peter?" Aunt May asked.

"I'll explain," I said as I directed Peter in his bed and followed May to the kitchen table.

"The Osborns are trying to kill Peter!"

"Mallory, I think that's a bit of an exaggeration."

"No trust me, I think they just drugged Peter and I saw their computer screen full of files of him!"

"Why would they do that?" May asked.

"Well with everything that happened last time? I don't think they would give up that easily. Mrs. Osborn wants Peter to visit her tomorrow. He can't. He can't go anywhere without someone," I said.

"Mallory, I want to believe you-"

"But you don't because I sound like a child."

"No Mallory, that's not it. He's not Spiderman anymore. It just sounds like a crazy story to believe."

"I know, but Peter and I don't know where Harry is and his parents might have something to do about it. So please I'm begging you just to keep Peter home," I begged. Peter came walking out of his room rubbing his forehead.

"I promise," Aunt May whispered to me.

"Thank you," I mouthed back.
