Emma's p.o.v:
I woke up this morning to banging on my window.Clang.
Clang.
I fluttered my eyelids open. Slowly trying to pry them open, forcing myself to wake up as I do every day. Yeah, I know, not the graceful morning people expect from a girl where they wake up gorgeous, smile, stretch and feel positive about the day. My mornings were like a nightmare.
Pulling off my covers, I cry inside, having to leave the comfort and safety of my bed.
I walk over to my window, drawing the curtains. I cautiously peek out. Yeah, I'm a drama queen, but at least I own it.
Looking around, I see Seb smirking at me from behind his window. He signals for me to lift my window. I pull it up, trying to bite back the smile forming on my lips.
"Hey" he smiles, his dimples on full show. My knees become weak, and I feel weak, for the first time around a guy.
"Hey" I say back, sitting on the widow sill."Can I give you a ride to school today?" He asks.
"Maybe" I say with a look of mystery written clear as day on my face.
"Be ready in 30" he says with finality as he closes his window. He draws his blinds, once again separating us. Wait what is us? What are we? Friends?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I finish getting ready by doing my hair in space buns. I stand back to look in the mirror, looking at my final outfit. I chose to go for a different look today, a blue and white striped crop top, black leather like biker style pants, a leather jacket and some anchor earnings to fit the biker/sailor theme.I drew on thick kohl liner, to bring out my electric blue eyes, and bright red lipstick. I stare at my reflection, actually impressed by what I see. I hope it's enough to impress those idiots today.
I grab the rest of my necessary items and run down stairs yelling an 'I love you' to mum before leaving.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I step out the front, feeling the early morning sunlight, warm my face. The feeling causing my mood to sky rocket.I see Seb leaning against a motorcycle. My nerves hits me like a ton of bricks. It suited him more than words could describe, he looked like the bad boy he is.
"We're going on that?" I say, shocked.
"Yeah, princess. Get on" he smirks, patting on the spot behind him. I clamber on, placing my foot over slowly, trying to stall the inevitable."You scared princess?" Seb asks concerned.
"Yeah, it's my first time. Let's just go." I demand not very confidently.
"Sure. Wrap your arms around my waist, and hold on tight." He instructs, and I do as told.We speed down the highway, going beyond the speed limit. The wind whips through my hair, giving me a sense of freedom. My arms tighten around his waist, causing him to shiver slightly, thought it was probably just the wind. The trees zoom past in a blur next to the highway.
The feeling of this is exhilarating. I feel free for once as the cool breeze let's my hair flow freely and the speed and danger makes me feel alive even though I could be so close to death.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We're not quite in town but still on the highway when a faint siren can be heard in the distance. As it becomes louder and louder, flashing lights appear in my vision, spiking my nerves out of control. The police get impeccably close.
"Pull over" they radio through the speaker in their car. We comply and pull over. The police officer in the passenger seat hops out, marching in our direction, a huge scowl written across his face."Did you realise you were speeding?" The officer says, hatred shining through his cold voice.
"Sorry officer, it won't happen again." Seb says, sugar coating it.I'm going to kill him! That idiot can't even take us to school, I think to myself.
"I can't let you off that easy, you were going 100 in a 70 zone." He says bluntly, not avoiding the truth at all.
"You both will be required to come downtown with me" he demands leading us to his squad car, letting us clamber into the backseat. We drive to the station in silence, all of us not knowing what to say.
I guess we'll be making a field trip from school, to the police station. Yay.

A/N
Yay
I love field trips. Unfortunately this ones going to get them in a lot of trouble with their mums. Oh well, live a little.Jokes I'm kidding don't purposefully drive over the speed limit, it's stupid and not only endangers you, but the people around you.
Any who....
I didn't do much today. I caught up with to of my guy friends at McDonald's and that was pretty cool actually.So. Who expected them to land in jail? Not me. Honestly, I just write, and sometimes these things happen. This was not the plan. I was going to make them go on an actual field trip, but oh well, this is better. The book was getting bland, it needed a full blown shove into drama town.
I hope you enjoyed.
I love you all so much,
- Alex xx
