You're P.O.V

You were at with Rick and the others on your way back to Hilltop. Ever since the night that Negan took Daryl away from you, you weren't the same woman you used to be. You used to be a happy girl, always smiling and seeing the best in everyone, you learned that from Bob. You and Daryl started dating back at the prison, when Merle die and you were the only one who wasn't afraid to o to Daryl and comfort him. That was the most beautiful night that happened during the apocalypse.

But now, you barely smiled, and when you did, it was fake. You just wanted Daryl back.... As you approached the gates of the Hilltop, you saw Maggie on top smiling down at all of you. The gates opened and everyone hugged, you smiled at everyone. Rick started talking to Maggie, but you did not really listen to what they were saying. Than you saw someone coming towards the all of you.

The sun was shining in your eyes so you didn't really saw who it was. "Oh my god, Y/N look" Michonne said as she pointed at someone, you saw Rick walk up to someone and hug that person. When they turned around facing you, you finally saw who it was. DARYL

As you looked into his eyes, you saw he had been crying, you felt your own eyes water to. 'Y/N, baby." The one voice you had missed for what felt like months finally spoke to you again. You broke down in tears and fell into his arms. Your arms were around his waist while one of his was holding your waist and the other one was around your neck. Daryl pressed you so hard against him that it became hard to breath, but you didn't care. You missed those muscular arms around you.

His face was in your neck, you were both crying happy tears. "I.. I missed you so so much baby." you said as you pulled back to look at his face. "I promised you I would never leave you Y/N, I'm never, ever leaving you again I promise you." He said as he cupped you face, you looked at him and leaned more into his touch. "Are you okay?" you asked him. "I'm okay now that I'm here with you Y/N." He said and leaned down to put his forehead against yours. You stepped on your tiptoes and kissed him. Daryl and you never really kissed or hugged in public, but now you both didn't care, you kissed him with passion, lust but most of all, with all the love you have for him. Daryl's lips moved slow on yours and you both enjoyed the moment>

When he pulled away he put his forehead again against yours. "I love you Y/N." "I love you to Dixon." You said with a big, real, smile on your face. Daryl kissed your forehead and took your hand. Your fingers intertwined and he rubbed his thumb over your hand. You both walked towards Rick and he smiled towards the two of you
" Im glad you back man. She was'nt the same without you." Daryl looked down at you and smiled. "I'm glad too" you looked into his eyes and saw tears appearing again. Daryl reached behind his babk and gave Rick his python.
Let the war begin...
