There we sat, alone in his classroom. He still hadn't uttered a word, and the tension was killing me.

"Why am I in here?" I asked, tired of sitting there in silence while he stared at me blankly.

"Now, the old you didn't burst out questions. She also didn't get into fights. What's changed?"

"Clearly I have. You need to accept that, people change, nothing stays the same."

"Yes, but nothing changes that rapidly either." He snapped. I glared.

"Sometimes you don't have a damned choice." I turned on my heel and walked out. He didn't stop me, either. I went out to my bike and rode the long way home. When I got there, my dad was screaming at my mom. I cleared my throat loudly, and he turned to face me.

"Is there a problem, father?" I sneered, walking up to him with my arms crossed. I stopped 1 foot away from him. He didn't say anything, but instead, pushed past me and out the door. I heard a car start, and leave. I walked over to my mom.

"Did he hurt you?"

"No, just yelled at me." I nodded and went into the kitchen. I heated her up some KFC leftovers, and took it out to the living room for her. I kissed her on the head and went up to my room to do some homework. About 2 and 1/2 hours later, I was finished. I went downstairs and watched a movie with my mom. When that was finished, I helped her up to bed, and locked her door before going to my own room and locking my door. I laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling. I felt my phone buzz in my back pocket. I pulled it out and saw that I had a message from Justin.

Justin: Hey, there's a party at my house in 15 minutes. If you can get out of your house, text me your address and I'll pick you up.

I quickly texted him back saying that I was in. I grabbed a Sleeping With Sirens V-neck that I had bought the other day, and threw it on. It showed off a bit of my stomach, but who gives a damn? I put my black jeans back on, along with some almost knee-high leather boots and a leather jacket. I put on my normal eyeliner and mascara, but added in some red lipstick. I teased my hair to give it a Scene look on the bangs, and I was ready. I climbed out my window, and hung from the windowsill by my arms for a moment. I swung myself forward, and jumped. A split second later, I was on the ground, in a lunge position. I got to my feet as a pair of headlights approached. I squinted my eyes, and saw Justin. I got in the passengers side, and buckled my seatbelt. He looked me over for a second, but then put the car in gear and headed over to his house.

When we got there, I just gaped. His house was huge! We went inside and he gave me the grand tour. His house had a total of eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a living room, a family room, a dining room, a kitchen, and many rooms with fun games in them. He even had a bar with a menu of drinks and what goes in them, and a collection of different liquors and brews of beer lined up in a long basin filled with ice. He had a cupboard on the wall as well, filled with beer mugs, shot glasses, and drink glasses.

"I've never seen so much alcohol." I murmured.

"I take it you've never drank alcohol." I nodded in agreement, still scanning the line of liquor. "Well, tonight that shall change." He jumped over the back of the couch and sat down. He went to the Pandora app on his Vizio 55 inch TV, and Fork by 2Chainz came on.

"Hey Justin, what's up man?" Some guy called as he paraded in the door. He fist bumped Justin, and then he turned to me. "Who's this?" He asked, raking his eyes over my body. I reluctantly put a flirty smile on my face, and he grinned back.

"This is Mackenzie. Mackenzie, this is Harley." I smiled wider at him.

"Nice to meet you." I shook his hand, and he just grinned. A group of giggly girls burst in the door, and I broke off from him. I sat on the couch, and waited for more people to get here. After a while, I finally decided that I didn't know anyone here. I went up to Justin.
