When we get there Blaze is already there. "You three are late." He finishes sharply. I raise my eyebrows at him;looking at the watch on my wrists. "We are right on time." My clock says it is exactly eight. Meaning we are not late he is just early. "Get in a line." He says coldly. Eisele looks at me and I just shrug. He hasn't even seen me yet; I could not have done anything. But whoever did it has to answer to me because now he's in a pissy mood for our morning training session. Why is a leader even in charge of our training. You would think that he would have much more important things to do. "Today you are learning to throw knifes. While it is not as accurate as a gun it's much easier to use." He says that last part with a menacing look towards Eisele. She looks down at the ground and I lift my chin a little higher. "It is also much easier to hide then a gun. This is what we will be doing this morning and only for this morning. This afternoon I will be teaching you how to fight. Tomorrow you will be fighting each other; and since there is an odd amount of you I will be bringing one of my friends in to fight whoever is the best." So we have just about four hours to learn how to throw a knife.

I stare at Blaze as he gets into position. He seems more at home with a knife in his hands. He's relaxed he seemed stiff with the gun in his hand. With the story he told me about his father it does make sense for him to be more relaxed. He is still standing straight even if he is relaxed. I look towards the ground. His right foot is slightly forward with his left leg just a little behind. He has two knives in his left hand and one in his right. He holds the knife as you would throw a hammer. Almost like you are getting ready to hit someone with it. He holds it with the blade towards him and the handle to the sky. He flicks his wrists and releases. Dead Center. He gets the next knife in his hand and shoots it out faster than the the first. It goes to the right of the other knife not even a centimeter away from it. He switches his position to the left leg to be in front. This time he throws the knife with his left hand. He hits not even a centimeter next to the last one. I won't admit it to anyone but I am impressed by that. "Why are you all just standing there? Get going."

The first thing I do is position myself correctly. I see out of the corner of my eye that Eisele is watching me. I have a feeling she is going to copy my every move. The next thing I do is start to weigh one of my throwing knifes in my hand. The knifes are different then I thought they would be. They don't have the ridges like a knife you would cut meat with. They just have a very sharp tip but no ridges along the end. It's also fairly light. I thought it would be heavy considering it could kill someone. But I guess as long as you hit where you are aiming they're dead anyways. I stand stiffly and get the knife in my hand. I mime the throwing action for a moment just to see how it will fly out of my hands. I release and it goes to the very edge of the target and doesn't stick. I hear a shriek come from Eisele and look over to her. Her knife is sticking in the target not exactly dead center but pretty close. I smile over at her.

Blaze comes closer to us after hearing the sound Eisele made. He looks between us "Did you two switch targets or something?" He asks after looking between our targets. I glare at him and shake my head as he laughs at the predicament we have now found ourselves in. "Not so smart now little girl. Now you need my help don't you." He taunts towards me. I do not know how to do one thing and he makes fun of me for it. I bet he didn't know how to throw a knife right when his dad gave it to him. "Let me see it Eisele." She nods and takes a deep breath before throwing again. But this time instead of going to the right it hits straight center. I smile at her. "Nice job Eisele it seems like the knife should be your weapon of choice rather than a gun. Keep practicing but think about trying with your nondominant hand."

He stalks towards me. "Throw" He says darkly. I stand up straight. I raise my arm and flick it out. It hits the edge of the target only this time it sticks. "Don't stand so stiffly. Relax" As he says that he is leaning closer. I feel his hands land on my shoulders as he whispers the word relax. "You only stand so stiff with a gun because of the kickback. With a knife you want to stand straight but relaxed at the same time. You're also putting to much of a flick in your wrists as you throw. Which is the reason your first knife didn't land on the target and your second one ended up on the edge of the target. It is just a slight flick of the wrists." He whispers this all in my ear as he is miming my body into the position it needs to be.
