Nayeon's POV
"Yah bunny! Who are you waving at again?" Aiishh this Thomas really!
"You know who Jihyo. No need to ask." Are you wondering who I am waving at.......... At messenger? It's no other than my crush or rather my love, Myoui Mina. Yeah, I liked girls. All of my best friends knew about this. Actually the whole class. But they accept me. It was never a big deal here in the Philippines (A\N: Let's just say that they're studying in an international school in Manila). But the question is, will she accept me?
"Why don't you just chat her and say hi? Look it's just easy. Instead of just waving without even typing a single word. Magiging close pa kayo pag nag-usap na kayo... (You'll be close when you guys started talking)." Oh. So she's now fluent in Tagalog? But how about me? TT. I'm still trying hard.
"As much as I want to, but I don't have the courage to do that Jihyo. You know homosexuality isn't allowed in their family. She might...." I was about to continue but someone just arrived.
"Yo yo wazzup! Chae chae the pretty rapstar is here...." It's Chaeyoung. She arrived with her rapping skill.
"I'm prettier than you Chaeyoung gosh!" And here comes Tzuyu, her girlfriend. They're my best friends and classmates.
"Ok baby." The smol beam now is clinging on Tzuyu's arms. And suddenly they look at me. "If you just started talking to her, the both of you will be like this right now." Oh? So they just played a fuckin skit to show me that?
"Why don't you just start talking with her? Ano hanggang wave nalang ba? (So does it always end with a wave?) They have a point tho.
"C'mon Nayeonie, we'll help you."
"Yes, we can't just let you hope like this and that."
"Don't be afraid. It's better than you do nothing at all." Awww.. I'm so glad I have best friends like them.
"Ok then Jihyo, Chaeyoung, Tzuyu. But please help me." They all nodded excitedly.
Dismissal time
"Good luck! Fighting!" They were cheering me up.
"We'll just watch back here. We're looking forward to MinaYeon." And they went to a tree to hide. I now started walking towards her. And as I got near her, she suddenly turned around.
"Uhhmmm..."
"Hi! I'm so glad I waved at you personally. You must be Im Nayeon right?" I just nodded. OMO! I can't breathe.. And I can feel the heat on my cheeks. But it all faded when....
"Minari! C'mon." A guy, went near her. I hope he's not her boyfriend.
"Ok Jiminie!" Then she faced me again. "See yah next time Nayeon!" She smiled, and I faked one. I don't know but I suddenly felt water drops on my cheeks. Do I really love her so much to the point that I'll cry for her? It's just.. I feel something heavy on my chest.
"Wait Nayeon-ah!" My best friends are now chasing me. Yes, I'm running." I kept on running until I found a bench where no one is around. I sat there and I cried a lot.
"Miss, wipe your tears. Here." Then I saw someone reaching me a handkerchief.
"You look more beautiful when you don't cry. Wipe those tears na." I'm still actually hesitating to accept the handkerchief until I just took it.
"Saa.... Salam..att.." (Thank you).
"No problem. Anyway, I'm Jeongyeon. And you are?"
"Im Nayeon." Then we shook hands.
Years passed
Here I am now, back in the Philippines. The place where everything started. I'm actually so glad that I met her. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be happy. Anyways I'm here at our alma mater. We decided to meet up here. As I'm walking...
"Owww!! Sorry!" I scattered all of her things on the floor, so I helped her.
"No it's fine." Then we went up, and I was shocked to see a familiar face.........
"Oh Nayeon, long time no see..."
"Uhmmm... Ne...."
"Oh yeah. I saw that girl waiting there at the bench......" I knew... There's where it all started, our conversation..
"Ok I'll be going now. See you again!" We bowed at each other and waved, and we went our ways. But she called me again.
"Nayeon wait!"
"What is it Jeongyeon?"
"I missed you." I just smiled. And went to that bench... Where it all started. And finally I saw that girl....
Myoui Mina. I never thought that we'll be together. So basically I'll be explaining everything. So first Jimin. He's not Mina's boyfriend. Just a best friend. He's now at the states with his boyfriend, Jungkook. And Jeongyeon, we became close since she handed me a handkerchief. And time passed by, she confessed. But I refused, because there's still someone in my heart. She just accepted my decision and we still continued being friends. And Mina, well our first long conversation is at the bench where I cried because of her. I was waiting for Jeongyeon that time but she didn't showed up. I was about to leave but Mina came. And that's where everything started. I really thought it would be impossible for us to be in a relationship. But I was wrong. We actually had everyone's blessings. Maybe because I was just thinking things. I was scared of what will happen. My best friends were right, it's better to do something than nothing at all. I would have regret it by now if I still continued being a coward.
"Hi, Nayeonie baby!" She gave me her signature gummy smile and... She waved at me.

First of all, I'm sorry if I updated this very late. It's just that I have many school works to do. And then, about Cupid (DahMo Fanfic), I'll be updating it once I'm done fixing a few chapters.
