Chapter 9: A Sticky Situation

Your POV
It's my second day of school and I'm already tired of coming here. I do my everyday routine in the morning, brushing my teeth, put on my uniform, curl the tips of hair, light natural makeup, throw on my backpack and shoes, take the $20 off the table and out the house. As I was walking down the hill, I spot a familiar face.

"Taehyung!" I shout waving my hand in the air and running towards him.

As I'm running down, I trip on a rock near the end of the hill.

"Ahhhhhh!!!!" I scream.

Many things are running through your head as to how to save yourself. I close my eyes and can feel something warm in front of me and something beating in it. I open my eyes and Taehyung's eyes stare deep into mines. My cheeks turn red and I get flustered making my words hard to make out.

"U-uh um... I... I.... i t-tripped... on the uh... uh..." I stutter from being shy and at the same time embarrassed but he finishes my sentence for me.

"The rock. You tripped on the rock" as he held onto my waist still and I'm holding onto his shoulders making me a bit taller than him.

He gives me a smirk making my cheeks turn pink and my heart racing fast.

I try to think of something to say to get us out of this situation, I see the bus coming and say "the bus is here..." I say shyly and breaking the eye contact.

"Oh, okay..." Taehyung sounding disappointed but he lets go of my waist and I loosen the grip on his shoulders. We walk towards the bus and we both get on, the rest of the trip to school was silent.

Taehyung's POV
"It was just reflex Taehyung." I say to myself in my head and I can feel my ears burning. But man was she cute when she was flustered and how her cheeks turned pink. Thinking about it made me laugh quietly. I wonder what this year will have in stored for us.

Your POV
We finally made it to school and of course, Taehyung let me get off first.

As we're passing through the gate, I hear girls screaming and chanting, "Park Jimin!!!! Ahhhhh~ Jimin-oppa~ let me be your girlfriend!!!! Park jimin!!! You're so hot and cute!!" I watch him get out a black and shiny fancy car as he throws his backpack over his shoulder.

He swipes his hair back making him look very attractive and making all the girls there scream even more. Every step he took, the girls also took following him every step of the way. It seems as though he's used to this, he had a blank expression but it still made him look very attractive and seductive. I continue to walk with Taehyung not paying much attention to Jimin anymore. Before I know it, I hear foot steps getting louder on either side of my direction and I feel an arm around my shoulders. I look up to my right first and find out it's Jimin. I look towards my left where taehyung was standing next to me too and see it's Jungkook.

At the same time, both Jimin and Jungkook says "Good morning y/n" giving me a smirk.

Taehyung looks at me with confusion and I look back at him with a help expression. He nods his head and tells me, "hey y/n I'll get going first, I need to head to the teachers room to get my class" he begins to walk fast leaving me with Jungkook and Jimin. Taehyung looks back and gives me a wink as I shake my head telling him that wasn't what I meant. Just like that, Taehyung was out of my site and it was too late to get help from him now. I look up at Jungkook towards my left and then to my right where jimin has his arm over my shoulder still. I realized they're staring at each other intensely making me feel awkward in between. First thing first, I take jimin's hand that's on my shoulder and took it off.

I step out between them and look at both of them in the eyes and say, "good morning Jungkook, good morning Jimin" as I slowly walk backwards to escape from the situation.

They look at me with confusion and they both speak at the same time again,"wait y/n-" they stop midway and look at each other. This continues to happen which led to them yelling at each other and I was able to escape. I run to class and by the time I got there, I was out of breath and I slowly walk over to my seat to sit down. I begin to take out my supplies from my backpack and students begin to walk in and take their seats. Just like yesterday, all their eyes were on me and I can feel them glaring at me intensely. I mind my own business and the bell rings, class starts.

The teacher stands on the podium and says, " we have another new student who just moved here. Come on in Taehyung"

I didn't know how to feel, shocked? Surprised? Excited?

All I know is...

This year...

It's gonna be one heck of a year...

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't uploaded a new chapter in awhile. The school work, homework and things to study for made me quite busy. To make it worse, I'm currently sick and I have a sore throat, runny nose and light headaches. I don't when another chapter will be uploaded but stay tune for that.
