What now?Evolution is a process everlasting and changing oneself is a natural part of growing but as my passing days become weeks and weeks become months, I can't help but wonder, where will I go next? Who will I be tomorrow? How will I see once our times change?
Phases are more than parts and chapters. Phases are doors that you open and close, always wondering what will you stumble upon next.
I used to dub myself lost and unconscious of my surroundings. I presented myself miserable and lonely and who's to say I was lying, you mold yourself into everything you labeled yourself. But what is important is learning to shut doors you cant have open and the first of my many phases has ended there.
I now envision myself as a learner, a grower, a person who embraces change for himself and himself only. I don't look in the mirror and stare back at reflections, I look at the mirror and accept who I have become over time.
I used to focus on everything that was about me and only put importance into myself, but my ever growing soul now feels the atmosphere around him, I see the people, the landmarks, the escapes and understand their purpose and importance. I dont feel change within anymore, I feel it everywhere and I contribute to it.
To many I may be someone lacking importance in the world of writing and the world of today, but to me, every person I come in contact with or every reader I earn, if I can contribute to their daily lives and I can help their moods better itself, then my small impact can one day grow to something bigger because ambition is more than an insane thought.
I may not know where the future goes, but the future can be altered by my actions today. So as I close the doors of my second phase, I accept that todays actions make my tomorrows better and better, and I will stay true to myself.
