And the winner is...

Marinette's POV

"Hey Marinette, wanna warm up with me?" Alya asked. Alicia gave her  a look of pity before finding a partner herself. "

Sure." I replied standing on a blue stretch mat.

The video basically happens.

"Okay students the first events are the boys and girls races. 3 laps around the whole school." The teacher said in Chinease and then French.

I lined up for the race next to Alix and Tiana. My class saw me and some people laughed (Chloe) while  others just looked at me weird.

Alix looked at me like I was mad.

My old class saw me and paled some backing out of the race. Tiana only gulped trying to not lose all hope. I can't really see the boys race.

"Ready... Set..." I take a deep breath. "Go!"

I bolt forward already at the half way check in seconds. Tiana and Alix were battling it out a good few yards behind me.

First lap done.

Tiana speeds up a bit and nearly out runs an annoyed Alix, they are still far behind me.

Half way.

Alix is a yard ahead of Tiana. They are too focused on beating eachother to realize that I'm so far ahead of them.

Third lap.

Tiana over took Alix and comes for me, having realized I was in the lead and first place.

Half way check.

Tiana is three yards away from me and smirking like she was about to win.

I decide to stop jogging.

I reach the finish line, winning. "First place on the girls race is Marinette! Followed by Tiana and in third place Alix!" The instructer announced.

I smirked and hopped over to Alicia. "Congrats," She said. "I'll hold the prize for you."

I handed her the trophey and went to change for the swimming race. I put on a pink one piece and skipped over to the highest diving board.

If your gonna win, win in style.

Good swimmers lined up at the basic boards. I can't see they're faces but most of them are definately wacthing me.

A fog horn echoed around the room and I performed a perfect swan dive, launching forward again. I reached the other side in a solid minute and bounded off the other side and sped towards the huge board again.

I reached it pretty easy and scooped myself out the water. I grabbed my mint towel and snuggeld in close to it. Winning another 1st place trophey.

I won at all the events until I only had two left. The final and fighting. I don't know why we always have a fighting match but the principle is super violent and he probably just wants to see how strong we are.

It also means I'm definatly winning, I've been taught self-defense since I was born. So I've got this in the bag.  Neither Tiana or anyone else has never beaten me in a fight.

"Alright can Marinette and Tiana take there places." The announcer said, supposedly summoning a large crowd.

I took a deep breath and adjusted my footing. "Okay girls... FIGHT!" The principle said pushing aside the announcer and doing a starnge dance. I sighed and turned to Tiana who was coming at me. Fast.

I side stepped and tripped her with my foot. She stubbled and I punched her in the gut and she collapsed on to her knees, breathing hard and holding he stomach.

Everyone was shocked since its only been 5 seconds since the match started. I didn't want to see her in pain for to long so I decided to K.O her.

I took a few steps back and she raised her head and began to stand. I ran at her and kicked her straight in the head, sending her flying out the tempory arena.

Tough love.

"Marinette wins whilst Tiana is knocked out! And in less than ten seconds. Wow. LETS HEAR IT FOR MARINETTE!" The princible screamed over the hundreds of cheers.

I raised my hand and smiled. "I'm back." Was all I said before Alya rushed me into a bone-crushing hug.

"Girl I was so scared for you." She said before I had to stand next to the announcer. I couldn't see my finale oppenant.

"The female champion is MARINETTE!" I hear cheers and a gasp from behind the announcer, most likely the other winner. "The male winner is...

...ADRIEN AGRESTE!"
