"Well, we'll leave you two to sort things out. Don't worry, I'll take care of the twins, we'll just go pick out some groceries." Sofia said. "Anna you coming?"

"No mom, I'm meeting up with Bradley remember?" Anna replied.

"We'll be out then. Want me to drop you off?" Sofia said.

Anna agreed and Jason, Kaycee and Anna, and Sofia galloped to her car and drove of. While me and Justin were silently seated on the floor.

"Alicia, I'm so sorry okay? I just, I thought you were gone forever and, it hurt, it really hurt. So I decided that at some point I'd have to move on." Justin whispered.

"It's okay. We'll figure something out." I replied while wiping the salty tears off my face.

"Are you sure? I mean, we could..I don't know...have custody of-"

"No stop, my children will not grow up like that. I'm sure their lives are already messed up as it is." I said.

Why doesn't he just divorce her and we can get on with our lives.

"You know I can't do that right?" Justin asked snapping me out of my thoughts.

Shoot, I said that out loud.

"Why not? It's simple really." I told him.

"I know, it's just, she's crazy." Justin whispered.

"What do you mean??" I asked.

"Her dad is a gang leader. Everyone fears him, if i happen to break her heart...it'll be the end of us." He said.

"We'll run away...Justin please, you know you owe it to me." I said.

I wasn't just talking about what he had done after I left, I was talking about the times before that. The dark times.

"I'll think about it." He replied.

"You don't have to do it if you don't want to y'know" I said.

"I'll do for you. For us. No actually, for our children." He whispered.

"When are you planning on doing it??" I asked.

"Tomorrow. I promise." He said as he stood up. "Anyways, Jaden is coming over for dinner tonight."

"I better start cooking then." I said.

"Yeah, I have to go. Scooter has been calling me ever since. I'll be back before dinner okay?" He said as he gave me a quick peck on the cheek and darted to his car.

"Uncle Jaden!!!!" Kaycee and Jason squealed in unison as they ran up to him and gave him bear hugs.

It was later that day and everyone had settled at the dinner table. Jaden happened to show up at the exact same time I was setting up the table.

"Jaden." I said with a smile.

"Alicia!" He said cheerfully as he gave me a hug.

"I'd love to stay and chit chat but I have to go check on the food." I said.

"No no, don't worry. I'll take care of it." Sofia offered with a grin.
"Thanks." I replied.

A short petite young woman walked inside.

Aw Man! Another one of Jaden's girlfriends!? Good thing they don't last long though.

"Hi, I'm Kourtney. Nice to meet you all." She said.

Everyone greeted her back except the obnoxious Anna who was texting by the table.

"Anna, please put your phone down. We have guests." I said softly.

She gave me a quick glance, texted for a moment, and then put her phone down as she rolled her eyes. I resisted the urge to slap some sense into her, but I'm pretty sure I would land up in jail for that.

We all sat down by the table.

"So, where's the food?" Kourtney asked as we all laughed at her joke.

"I'll go check on Sofia. She's supposed to have brought it out here a few minutes ago." I replied as I walked to the kitchen.

What on earth is taking her so long?

"Sofia?" I asked.

She jumped at the sound of my voice and scratched her head.

"Uh..he..hello" she replied nervously.

"Whats taking so long? The guests are getting grouchy." I said.

"Dont worry...uh...I'm coming. Go sit down" she replied as she pushed me back to the dinning room.

I went and sat down.

"So, I have news for you all." Jaden said.

"Tell us!!!" Justin exclaimed.

Sofia came out with our food and dished up for all of us. Then she took a seat next to Justin which I didn't mind at all.

"Let us eat!!" Kourtney exclaimed.

"Stop!!!!!!!!!" Jason screamed.

We all stopped and glanced at him in silence.

"Mummy say we pray before eat!" Jason said as we all chuckled.

We joined hands and said a short prayer, then we dug into the delicious food.

"Wow, this is really great, Alicia." Jaden complimented.

My face heated up and I felt myself blush.

"Alicia, why aren't you eating??" Sofia asked. "Youre not starving yourself are you?"

"No, I'm not. I'm just enjoying this wine first." I replied as I sipped on my wine.

"So tell us!!" Justin exclaimed again.

"Oh yeah, I was gonna say that....." Jaden said.

"Yeah!?" Everyone asked eagerly

"I'm getting married. To Kourtney." Jaden said.

I heard a crash close by. I looked down and I saw my own wine glass on the floor. My body had been shaking and I was on the verge of tears.

"Alicia are you okay?" Justin asked.

"I-uh-yeah. I'm just happy for you." I replied to Jaden as everyone clapped.

Jaden's getting married!? This can't be!!

I felt as though someone was burning a hole through my heart. I've liked Jaden for as long as I've loved Justin. He's been my celeb crush for quite a long time.

This is officially the worst day of my life.

"And we'd like you guys to help us with wedding preparations." Jaden continued.

"We'd love to!" Justin exclaimed.

I spoke too soon.

Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse :

I bit into my food and it tasted foul. I knew definitely that spaghetti didn't take like cleaning detergent. Or, I have no idea what that tasted like. It tasted like some sort of chemical.

I glanced up at Sofia and she was looking right at me with a smirk on her face.

Oh no, please tell me she didn't-

Before I could finish my sentence in my head, everything went dark.
