Narrated.

Erika cringed at  Emma's actions, but ignored them. She walked towards Abigail and Tessa, who were chatting by the kitchen, to avoid the awkwardness. Erika took a can of soda from the fridge, and sat beside the girls.

"Hi there." Erika smiled a little bit, as both the girls turned to look at her.

"Hey, I'm Abigail." The girl grinned and stretched out her hand. Erika gladly took it and smiled back at her.

"You can call me Abi though."

"Okay, Abi." Erika grinned as she joined in on their conversation.

"Abi, where were you from again?" Tessa asked, trying to fill Erika in on the conversation.

"I'm from Nashville, Tennessee." She said grinning.

"I guess you already know I'm from Nashville too, right." Erika smiled as Abi told them stories about her life in Nashville.

"So, Erika." Tessa raised an eyebrow at Erika, who knew where the conversation was going.

"Yes, T?" Erika laughed as Abi looked at both of them confused.

"What are your thoughts on that situation?" Tessa pointed at Anthony, with Emma clinging to his arm.

"Oh." She frowned for a second. "It's not like we're together, he can do whatever he wants." Erika rolled her eyes in annoyance, as Tessa and Abi giggled at each other.

Abi whispered something into Tessa's ear, which caused her to laugh heartily.

Erika stared at the two girls annoyed. "I know what you two are gossiping about."

"You know, E." Tessa said, standing beside Erika and looking at Anthony and Emma. "If you were that jealous, you could tell her to back off." She nudged Erika in the ribs.

"Well, he seems perfectly happy with her." Erika said, frowning, a sad smile on her face.

"You should talk to him." Tessa smiled as she walked towards the three of them, taking Chance's hand. Abigail stood beside Erika now, watching the action between the four people.

"I hope Tessa doesn't mind me going on a date with Chance." Abi said, mostly to herself. "I don't want her thinking I'm trying to steal Chance from her or anything."

"I'm sure she'll be fine with it." Erika looked at Abi and smiled. "They're not public yet, so Jake obviously does this to keep their relationship under wraps."

"You're so nice, Erika." Abi said, smiling. "Thank you."

"Don't worry about it." Erika grinned at her new friend. Abi took her phone out.

"Can we take a picture?" She asked Erika shyly, as she put her phone on selfie mode.

"Sure, I don't mind." Erika smiled for the camera, Abigail snapping the picture. "I love it." Abigail smiled at it and saved it to her memories.

"Can you send it to me?" Erika asked her, as Abigail looked up at her surprised.

"Sure." She smiled, as Erika punched her number on Abigail's phone. Abi sent her the picture, which Erika posted on her Instagram Story, with the words: "Sweetest human ever 💓 @abikingss"

Abigail looked at her phone amazed. "Everyone's starting to follow me." She scrolled through her pictures, her feed blowing up with notifications. "You really didn't have to do that, Erika."

"It's alright." Erika smiled sadly at Abigail, who noticed her mood.

"You alright?" Abi said, putting her hand on Erika's shoulder. "I'm okay." She said, sighing then looking down at her phone.

"Emma isn't usually like this." Abigail said, watching Emma, who was sitting beside Anthony on the couch.

"What do you mean?" Erika looked at Abi, intrigued by her comment.

"She's never clingy. Like ever." Abigail rolled her eyes as she saw Emma put her hand on Anthony's thigh.

"You mean she's never like this?" Erika said, wincing at the sight of the both of them.

"Never." She answered as she took Erika's hand. "I know this is so uncomfortable for you, so why don't we take my bags and you can help me unpack." Abigail smiled as both of them grabbed her suitcases and walked up the stairs to the room where Emma and Abigail would be staying.

Erika plopped down on Abigail's bed, closing her eyes.

"You should really like him if you're this upset." Abi teased Erika, as she hung up her clothes in the closet.

"He's a sweet guy." Erika said, smiling at the thought.

"Sweet guy?" Abi laughed at Erika's comment. "Come on, there has to be more than 'sweet guy'." She looked over at Erika, and rolled her eyes.

"I need details." She placed her suitcase under the bed, then sat down on the bed beside Erika.

"What kind of details?" Erika asked, laughing softly.

"I don't know, I just need details." Abi giggled as she layed down on the bed. "For example. What's your favorite thing about him. What sweet things has he done for you. Stuff like that. Little details." She turned towards Erika, who sat there, not responding.

"In that case, we have a lot to talk about."

---

Anthony was barely paying attention to the pointless conversation he was having with Chance and Emma. He tried to loosen the girl's grip on his arm, but she held on to him like it was for her life's wellbeing. He discretely looked at Erika, who was chatting quietly with Abigail. He smiled a little, then turned back to the useless conversation he was having. He plopped down on the couch tiredly, Emma following close behind. He rolled his eyes, Chance laughing at his situation.

"It's not funny." He mumbled, as Emma and Chance continued talking. He watched a sad Erika walk up the stairs, Abigail leading her. He frowned for a second, then got involved in the boring conversation once again. He stood up to get a drink from the kitchen, Emma tagging along behind him. He opened the fridge and got out a bottle of soda, serving himself a glass.

"Do you want any?" He looked over at Emma, who looked shocked at his question.

"Not really, thank you." She smiled as she typed rapidly into her phone. Anthony walked back to the couch, and sat down. He watched the girl stand there, not being beside him for the first time in the day.

"Damn." Anthony groaned, as he rolled his eyes. "Why is she so clingy?" He said to Chance, who chuckled slightly.

"Erika looked so uncomfortable, poor her." Chance laughed, as Emma walked back towards them again.

"And there she is again," Anthony mumbled, rolling his eyes. "I don't know why she'd be uncomfortable though." He said, ignoring Emma, who sat beside Anthony again.

"Bro, you should've seen the tension in the room." Chance laughed as Tessa sat beside him, taking his hand. Anthony saw Emma eye the action, and tried doing that with him too. He saw her intentions discretely and moved his hand away casually, leaning on it.
