A little Piece of Heaven

Chapter 13- Wedding day

I am so nerves right now...

There is less then 4 hours until my wedding the the best man in the world.

I realize everything that I have. I am such a lucky girl. I couldn't ask for anything better. I love this man with all my heart. I sigh taking a deep breath and smiling in the mirror at myself.

When the girls come in the room I look at them.

"Oh my God!! Deliliah! Why don't you have any make up on? Did you miss your appointment?"

"No I just told her to meet me here. I am such Nerves right now I don't want to drive anywhere."

We all laugh. 

*2 hrs later* 

The girls are just looking at me in awe...

"Liliah, do you see how beautiful you are right now?"

"Yeah mommy, you look like a queen, uncle Matt is going to die when he sees you."

We laugh.

"Thank you baby. You all look wonderful." They smile at me.

Waiting for the photographer is kinda annoying. He is running late, and if I wasn't in such a great mood right now. I'd be bitching.

Amy takes my hand pulling me aside.

"Because I'd be to emotional at the reception to tell you I want to tell you now. When I first met you, I didn't really like you, part of that was because I was so mad at Val for hurtin my brother, me and everyone else in our family. But then when I seen how happy my brother was with you, you started to grow on me. You make him so happy and that is why our family loves and welcomes you so much. You have been a blessing to my brother since Val. I couldn't be happier. I am so glad that you are going to be my sister- in- law. My your marrige be forever and your happines never end. Welcome to the family." 

I hug her not knowing what to say.

"Thank you Amy. I think I needed to hear that. To calm me down a little  bit."

When the photographer finally arrives we all head outside and take some pretty awesome photos. My favorite is when were all spining on the merry-go-round at the park..it made for a really great photo. 

We too a bunch of others, then went back inside of the hotel waiting for our limo to arrive. When it does we all climb inside and take a bunch of photos just to save the memory. 

Pulling up outside the church and seeing all the cars my stomach starts to knot up, the girls all sneak me into the room I am to wait in until it is time to go down the alisle. 

"Mom, Uncle Matt is at the door he wants to hold your hand and talk to you."

"Okay let me stand on the other side of the wall." 

I get in position and stick my hand out reaching for his. Making a great photo of the two of us before we see each other the photographer smiles and takes a photo.

"Baby, are you okay."

"Yes Matt I am. I love you so much."

"Me too baby. I just want you to know that I love you so much."

"I never thought that you didn't" I smile bigger.

"See you soon Matt."

"I'll see you at the alter."

"I'll be the one in White." He chuckles and lets go of my hand after giving it a reassuring squeeze.

The girls all take their turn down the isle with their partners...

The doors close and  I take a deep breath and go and stand behind them...Brian Haner sr. walking me down the alise since my dad can't.

The doors open, I look up and smile as I walk down the alise to marry my best friend..

Everyone looking at me some were even crying. I smile even more.

This is the best night of my life.

At the stage Brian puts my hands in Matts. He kisses my cheek and takes his place in the front row beside suesy.

The pastor talks for awhile saying the most beauftiful things. Then Its our turn to talk.

Delilih...I am so glad that I met you. You took me from a horrable time in my life to something more then I thought was every possible. You make me so happy every single day. You gave me the greatest little boy in the world, and a step daughter, that I love more then anything in this world. I promise that I won't let anything ever hurt you. When your having a bad day, talk to me, ill listen even if I am 3000 miles away. If your missing me, call me. I will be everything that you want me to be. I love you so so much.

Matthew...I too am glad to have met you. And I still remember the day we did meet. I could have killed my daughter when she opened her big mouth. However, I am so glad that she did. Or else we wouldn't be here right now. I can tell you everything and you just understand what I am going through or what I want. And I love that. I love that I can confide in you in anything every single day for the rest of our lives. I love you.

The pastor finishes up.

"You may now kiss the beautiful bride."

I smile at him as he touches my face pulling me in for the kiss, he dips me and everyone cheers.

We smile and hold hands and procced down the alise to everyone clapping.
