Chapter 4: The Sweetest Flower

Hoshi POV

I've known him for at least a few months for now, and my heart still is so set on him.
Everything I did was only for him, everything I said was for him.

I couldn't think of one day without him.

We were suppose to meet again this weekend, but Mother Nature decided it should rain, so I asked him to come over. Thankfully, he said yes.

I get my house all clean and leave out some pastries on the kitchen counter for us to eat.

I was really nervous that he wouldn't like what I was wearing or he wouldn't like what my home looked like so I tried to make everything look perfect.

I've been thinking about him a lot recently. Everyone says I should date him, which I agree, but I am terrified it would end just like the rest.

I don't want him to think I'm abusing him in some sort of way. But I have to do it. I love him so much and he needs to be mine. It's kind of selfish, I know, but who doesn't want something or someone for their own?

I've decided that today is that day I will confess my love for him.

I put on my baby blue hoodie and the flower crown we made together. I also put on my amethyst choker to show off my birthstone. I wait in my living room for him to knock.

As soon as I heard a knock, my heart began to race. I heavily inhale and get up to the door. I peek out the window to see if it was him, which it was.

I open the door.

"Aha! It be sir red head!" I said with glee.

"And it be sir special eyes! Shall we embrace with a hug?" He replied.

I was shocked he wanted a hug, but of course I accepted it. We both awkwardly hug then let go.

"Survive the weather?" I ask.

"I'm at your door aren't I?" He replied sassily.

"Hah- you're right, come on in." I said opening the door more.

He walked in with shock, he was surprised on how big my house is, but everyone seems to be shocked when they see my house honestly.

"Your house is so amazing!" He said in awe.

"You think so?"

"Yeah! It seems so comfortable and clean!" He said while walking around, exploring.

"I guess it is, my folks are out this week so it will be just us tonight,"

"Ohoho~" he smirked.

"Not in that way weirdo" I giggled.

"So special eyes, what do you want to do?" He said, grinning.

"It's Hoshi," said raising my eyebrow

"I like special eyes better~" he said, laughing

"Alright flower boy, I have movies."

"Oh, what type?" He said in question.

"Well I have Big Hero 6, The Shining, Titanic, And Captain America-"

"TITANIC!!!!" He screamed.

"Woah woah! Alright then-" I said in shock.

I walk to the living room to a cabinet. I open the cabinet and take out the titanic movie. I turn around and ask him

"Why did you want to watch this movie so bad?" I inquired.

"Because 'paint me like one of your French boys',"he said smiling and giggling.

I laughing and put the movie in the dvd player. We watch the whole movie ended up crying in the end. We cried over the Rose and Jack part where Rose says, "I'll never let go." Hell we even reenacted the scene.

Should I tell him now? He seems in a good mood and so am I, but I'm scared he'll reject me. What if he doesn't see me the same way, what if he doesn't even like me and just feels bad, what if – what if – no. No more what if's. I'm going to take a risk, I'll do anything for him. He needs to know.

"Hey Kona?..." said shyly.

"Yes special eyes?" he says, still giggling over us reenacting the scene.

"Can I be honest with you?"

"Of course sugar, what's cooking?"

My heart started to beat faster, and faster, each second. I felt like I was going to pass out until it finally came out of my mouth.

"Kona, it appears you caught me. I am in love with you."
