The 'average' sleepover.

Chapter 5.

Authors P.O.V

As the game progressed the 8 friends got more and more excited and the 'tasks' got harder and harder. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea...

Liam's P.O.V

"No Lou, this is a bad idea, you're going too far!" I warned him. Lou can't get hurt, not my Lou!

"Liam, what's got into you tonight?! You've been nothing but bitter! It's only a bit of banter, chill out mate!" Lou shot at me. It felt like someone had just punched me so hard in the chest. I haven't meant to be bitter, I can't help watching the boy I love, love another girl. Someone he has only been with for three hours! He's been with me for five bloody years! 

"For god's sake, you're so immature!" I shouted and stormed out of the room. I know I have crossed the line, the hurt I saw in Lou's eyes, like he didn't even know me.

Louis' P.O.V

It was like I didn't even know him. What on earth, he's being such a kid. It's only a bit of fun. His loss.

Niall's P.O.V

I was rather worried about Liam, I mean he is never like this. I wonder what's got into him, I mean I'm one of his best mates, I'm sure he'll tell me. I intend on finding out. It must be pretty major to bring Liam down, he's usually cheerful.

"How about I do the Cinnamon challenge?!" Lou said proudly "I really don't see what the fuss is bout swallowing a spoonful of Cinnamon, I bet I could do a shot glass full of it!" 

"Haha! Go on mate!" Zayn laughed.

"Do it, do it, do it!" Harry, Sian, Sophie, Ellen and I chanted.

Harry reappeared with a shot glass full to the brim with brown powdered Cinnamon. Lou strode over to him and took the glass off him. He looked down at the glass, as if to weigh up his capability of completing the challenge. I'm starting to have second thoughts about this...

"Okay guys, cound me in!"

"3, 2, 1..."

Louis tipped the Cinnamon in his mouth, but then gasped for air whilst coughing violently. A cloud of Cinnamon emerged from his mouth. Lou coughed and spluttered. I couldn't tell if he was choking or not. 30 seconds passed and Lou was now gasping for air.

"Shit! He's choking! Someone do something!!" Sophie cried out in terror as she ran over to him. The  cloud of Cinnamon sent her coughing and spluttering as she tried to thump Lou's back in desperation.

Zayn scrambled for his phone which was blasting out 'One Thing'.

"Hi. Yes, an ambulance please. NOW!" Zayn said sternly, he's always the calm one of us all but I could see the panic in his eyes. 

I didn't know what to do. The brown haze shrouded Soph and Lou. 

"THUD!" 

"Noooooo!"

All of us raced over to Lou. He was on the floor wheezing, clearly losing consciousness. 

"Lou, mate, please be joking, please! Please let this be one of your jokes!!" I cried, full of panic.

Harry looked up at me, his eyes watery and his face serious "Nialler, Lou isn't joking this time" he said, he was shaking and a tear rolled down his cheeks.

Liam's P.O.V

There's such a commotion coming from the living room, I want to see what's going on but I doubt anyone wants to see me right now. 

"Noooooooo!" One of the girls cried. 

I raced into the room. There he was, on the floor. Sophie was knelt by him, pfft. She would be. Stop Liam, this is not the time to be bitter. Your soul mate is on the floor unconscious and all you can do is stand there and be jealous of Sophie, who clearly feels the same way as you towards Lou! Stop being such a prick and go help out. It's all your fault this has happened, you should've made more of an effort to stop Lou, you knew it was going to end like this yet you did nothing but sulk on your own. You're pathetic. The voice was right. Who the hell am I? My Lou may not wake up and it's all my fault!

I ran over to Lou and dropped to my knees next to Sophie who was crying. Then I did something I never thought I'd do. I took her in my arms and comforted her. She cried into my chest. Her and Lou must have some sort of bond, she clearly cares deeply for him.

Lou was turning a pale shade of blue and the ambulance was still not here!

"Come on Lou, hang in there, please mate! I'm so sorry..." I pleaded Lou, he can't go...
