" there that's the house " I say pointing to a two story house and my Grandpa pulls in. I pick up my bag say my byes and walk to Christys front door I quickly knock and soon after she opens the door engulfing me in a hug.
" Ugh I missed you " I say and she laughs. " I missed you too " she says and pulls me inside.
" MOM JADES HERE " She yells and pulls me upstairs.
" This month bouta be fucking lit especially Your birthday " she whispers as we reach the top of the stairs and I nod in agreement.
" this is My room that's Jakes over there and the room at the other end of the hall is my parents. " she says pointing at every room. The front door slams shut and we jump as we look over the side at the front door as a shirtless Jake walks in. I feel my face go red.
" bro let's take a picture " I say pulling Christy into her room and in front of her mirror.
" oh by the way my parents are going mudding all week from seven to like six in the morning there prolly gone already so we can sneak out and shit. " she says as we take the pictures and I let out a ' woah '.
An hour later
Jake stumbles in the room. " mom and dad left like two hours ago it's nine , are y'all gonna do anything tonight " He says.
I have my eyes fixed on editing this picture so I don't notice he's staring directly at me till he clears his throat and I look up.
" well we were playing on taking some beers and walking down the roads for awhile " Christy says and I set my bag down on the floor.
" imma tag along ok I'll bring cigarettes " he asks more like he's gonna go anyway and Christy nods and Jake starts to walk out but comes back in.
" Blake and Wyatt are coming over to get high with me at 3 so let's get home at 2:30. Y'all down to join ?" He asks and I take this as my chance to speak.
" Sure why the hell not " I say and he looks at me head to toe.
" I like this girl, give me a hug kid" he says and grabs my arm to hug him and I laugh. " short shits I'll go get the beers and cigarettes from the garage just hurry " he says pulling away from our hug and walks out the door.
" ya gonna change ? " I ask Christy and she looks at me crazy.
" Hell yea bitch " she yells and I laugh. We're the same size so she pulls me in the closet to help me find the ' sexy ' outfit for tonight.
" I know you like my brother " She says randomly and I freeze. " it's ok , I'm gonna help you " she says handing me an outfit.
