"You think it went over here?"

"No. We checked there already."

"What about-"

"Nope."

"You didn't even let me tell you yet!"

"I know, but I'm just telling you ahead of time."

"What did you think I was gonna say?"

"Did we check to the right of this place? Yes we did."

"..."

"Yup. I'm pretty good at that."

"Clearly."

Gia and Jake were near the end of the woods. Noah was checking within the middle while Orion went a little farther up. This place was being thoroughly checked, especially when a potential threat lurks in their location. The newly couple didn't find anything in their area. Completely clean. Which was weird, hence the fact that their nerdy friend was sure this was the last known location.

"Where is this thing?" Gia asked frustrated.

"I don't know. You think he probably went up near the lake?" Jake returned in question.

Gia shook her head.

"I'm not sure. What if-"

In that moment, the two were pushed back. Their backs hit the ground as they groaned a bit. Jake wiped the dirt off of his shirt as he sat up. He looked on either side of him. Gia was gone. He got up immediately and began to search for her.

"Gia!" Jake yelled.

He made his way through the trees as he looked from corner to corner.

"Gia!" He screamed again.

Sticks, twigs, and leaves everywhere. And none of them held a yellow ranger.

"Gia! Where are you?!" Jake hollered once more.

The echo rang in his ears as he continued to look. He was out of breath by the time he was near the other side of the woods. The green ranger stood and panted.

"Gia?" He asked softly.

"Jake!"

The teen heard a voice through his morpher. He picked it up and put it near his ear.

"Did you find anything?" Noah asked.

"Nope. I can't even find Gia." His best pal replied.

"What do you mean you can't find Gia? Where is she?" Noah quizzed.

"I don't know. Something hit the both of us and then she was gone." Jake explained.

Noah became worried.

"Alright, I'll let the others know." He told him.

Jake nodded as he sighed.

"Don't worry. She's tough, she's gonna be fine." Noah tried to comfort.

The green ranger put his morpher away as he went to find his friends.

"What?!"

"Calm down-"

"Calm down?! Who the heck did this?!"

"We don't know."

"Are you sure that's what happened?"

"That's what he told me."

Emma was becoming angry and concerned at the same time.

"Okay, we need to regroup. I'll let Troy know and tell Orion." She ordered.

Noah put his device away as Emma sighed. Where is she? Who took her best friend? This is becoming more and more weird. If she's hurt, the nice card is flying out the window. The pink ranger went to find her friend. It took awhile, considering he had walked off. She was ready to pour everything out, if she didn't stumble upon a fight. Emma stayed quiet as she heard the conversation.

"No! No, Jerry...Jerry I told you! He doesn't deserve this! What do you mean why?!" Troy hollered.

The other person talking on the phone was hard to hear.

"I'm telling you, he's not walking away from this scott free! I won't let that happen! Because? Because he's a bastard that's why!!" The red ranger insulted.

The person on the phone gave a response, but it wasn't the type of answer someone wanted to hear. Well, not in this case.

"He can rot there for all I care! Why are you even considering this?! Why would you want to fight for a man like him?! I feel sorry for you! I really do!" The leader screamed.

Emma didn't know what man he was referring to, but this was a lot of anger being released. She didn't expect for her companion to yell so much at one time.

"No way am I....NO!! I'm sick of him and what he's done! He can try all he wants, I'm not testifying for him! He doesn't care about anyone anyways, so why should I even try?!" The aloof member of the group shouted.

The person on the other line sighed as he began to speak a little louder.

"Don't take up for him! You know why he ended up there! It's his own fault! He's a walking disaster! I love that I'm so far away from that piece of trash!" The leather jacket wearing teen quarrled.

Yikes.

"No I'm so over this! No I'm DONE! I'M DONE!" The new kid lashed out.

He hung up on the man. The red shirted teen sighed in anger, kicking the tree that was beside him. The pink ranger's eyes were widened in shock as she looked to the floor. That whole argument sure was intense. Sweet silence took over the moment. She didn't know what to say after that. She didn't even know what to do after that. However, without meaning to, Emma stepped forward. A twig snapped under her foot as her friend looked up. Emma gave a sheepish expression.

"My bad." She apologized.

Troy walked up to her.

"You heard all of that, didn't you?" He asked.

Emma nodded.

"Well, not everything. Just the ending of it all." She clarified.

Troy crossed his arms.

"You wanna talk about it?" Emma questioned hopefully.

Sadly, her wish didn't come true as Troy shook his head. She sighed.

"Okay, well we have a big problem." Emma stated.

Troy dropped his anger as he became concerned.

"What?" He asked.

"Gia's gone. Jake said that something happened when they were searching and the two of them were seperated." Emma explained.

Troy let his arms fall.

"Shoot, we have to go. Come on." He responded.

The two then ran to find the others. This wasn't good. They didn't even get a chance to find this...whatever it is and now it has Gia? They needed to do something and they needed to do it fast.
