Shadows Curse ( on hold)

Adoption day!

I awoke from my peaceful sleep with that weird 7 year old girl shaking me to wake up. ugh couldn't I just have some sleep? "What.." I croaked "KAT KAT KAT ITS AN IMPORTANT DAY ITS ADOPTION DAYYYY" can she be any louder she's making my ears bleed like hell. I took of my blankets and got dressed in my new clothes I got yesterday and rushed downstairs to see what the commotion was about I saw a bunch of families walking around and meeting every girl "oh and this is kat" one of the women said all the adults looked at me. they rushed over to me giving me alot ? attention and greeting me I was smiling I told them about me but of course not about my curse i have. then these really nice adults came over they asked me about my past life which was fine. ( flashback) My dad always told me about how nice my mom was i never really met my mom since she passed away when i was born. I lived in a car with my dad and my older brother we barely had enough money I always got bullied plus I had no friends. When I was 7 my brother was 8 but when he was at school some kid brought a gun and shot his class including some others. This got me and my dad really depressed a year later he committed suicide and I was the only one left I ditched the car and set out on my own. (End of flashback ) The two adults looked at me surprisingly and hugged me. I started crying and the male started patting me on the back after a minute later. "we are going to adopt you" they both smiled they signed the adoption papers. They helped me into their car I looked outside the window of the car seeing the orphanage further and further away.
