The bully was covered in milkshake as he turned around looking like he was gonna explode with rage. Everybody in the cafeteria turned their phone cameras towards the entrance door. "HEY FUCKER!!! ACTING LIKE A DICK ISN'T GONNA MAKE YOURS ANY BIGGER!!!" The guy from the entrance had walked closer towards the bully. He had two others standing behind him pointing and laughing at the bully.

It was to my surprise, Pitch, that beautiful punk-rock angel had come to my rescue once again.

I sat up next to Charles, I couldn't take my eyes off of them. "YOU FUCKING PRICK!! YOU THINK THIS FUCKING SHIT IS FUNNY?!?! I'LL GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO LAUGH ABOUT!!!" The other bullies had already ran away leaving the big guy all alone. Pitch stood in front of the bully that had still been covered in the milkshake he'd threw at him. He stood there smirking at the bully, but for some reason, I could feel an aura of anger over him. "Heh. Some "friends" you had there, you know, the one's that were backing your fat narcissistic ass up a few minutes ago. Oh! Wait, I'm sorry!", Pitch stuck out his bottom lip as he made a pouting face, "Is narcissistic too big of a word for your big dumb ass to understand??? Would like me to throw a dictionary at your head next??" Everyone in the cafeteria started cracking up. A boy with blonde hair and blue tips was patting Pitch's back laughing hysterically as a girl with dark emerald green hair rolled all over the floor laughing her ass off. The bully looked like he was about to say something but couldn't seem to get it out as he looked around the cafeteria at all the laughing faces. Even some lunch ladies couldn't contain themselves. "W-WELL!!! FUCK THIS SHIT, I DON'T NEED TO TAKE THIS SHIT FROM YOUR PUNK ASS!" Principal Stark walked through the door and grabbed the bully by the arm as he was just about to throw a punch. "Well, once I contact your parents, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to take shit from them either now would you Mr. Scott?" Everyone started snickering, some even turned their phone cameras towards me again. "Now........WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON IN HERE??!!!" While everyone started screaming and laughing, I hurried up, grabbed my bag, and ran out of the cafeteria as fast as I could. I ran out of the exit door at the end of the hall and sat on some steps facing the side of the school's entrance.

In that moment, I didn't care about Pitch or Charles or anything else for that matter. I just wanted to be alone.

"Why does this always happen to me no matter where I go...?" I knew it. I knew this same crap would happen to me again once we moved. I had a feeling. I started shaking and panicking. Everything went black again. Tears streamed down my face as I stared at the concrete clutching the sides of my head, rapidly rocking back and forth. "I can't, I can't, I can't, I CAN'T, I CAN'T!!!" I started searching for it. Quickly looking in my pockets. It wasn't there. I slammed my bag on the ground to see if it was in my pencil case. I searched through every crevise inside my case. It was nowhere to be found. I couldn't take it. I needed to distract myself. I eventually broke down right then and there, scratching and pinching my arms through my jacket sleeves. "It never fucking ends! WHY DOES THIS.......ALWAYS H-HAVE TO H.....HAPPEN TO ME!! WHY AM I ALWAYS THE MAIN TARGET!!!?..........why me...?..." My rage, anger, and frustration slowly turned into depression and sadness. I brought my knees to my chest and just cried.

That's all I knew how to do anyway....

I heard a door open up behind me. I couldn't be bothered to turn around to see who it was. "Heh so this is where you were hiding..." I didn't respond. I already knew who it was by the sound of his voice but....I just wasn't up for conversation. Pitch sat down next to me and put his hand on my back and started rubbing me gently. It surprised me for a moment but I continued to stay silent. "You know, I was kinda looking forward to drinking that milkshake." Rach and Kyle had just gotten back from Mickie D's to pick up that shake. I sniffed and wiped my nose with my sleeve as I listened to him speak. "But what I didn't expect was for that fat football dickhead try to gang up on you. It....made me really angry for some reason so I just got really pissed and threw it as his square head. That fucking fat ass...I bet he's trying to eat it off himself instead of just cleaning it up." I let out a small chuckle. Pitch looked over at me and smiled a little. "Just....try not to bump into anymore jerks during lunch 'cause its gonna be hella hard trying to save your ass if I'm not there." I finally got the courage to speak. "....Um.....t-thank you...so much..." Pitch looked confused for a second. "What for?" "F-for...saving me both this morning and in the cafe...it....really does mean a lot to me." Pitch froze for a moment and just stared at me without saying a word. I covered my mouth as I'd just realized what I said.

Dammit Ash, stop saying creepy shit!...ugh now he probably thinks I'm weird er something...

"U-Um! S-s-sorry, that must've s-sounded really dumb...uhm...sorry.." Pitch started laughing and patted my back really hard. "Dude! hahaha! It's cool, it's cool, don't worry about it! I'm, glad I was able to help ya." His comment made me blush. I felt....really relieved all of a sudden. "Um, also, who were those Kyle and Rach people you mentioned earlier? Are they friends of yours?...or..." I asked curiously. "Oh them! Well, yeah. They may come find us sooner or later. I told them to keep your sis busy while I go find you. Now that I think about it, I don't have your number in my phone." Pitch pulled out his studded black cell phone and handed it to me. "Here, put your number in. If you ever wanna talk or just hang out, give me a call or text." I started to studder and stumble over my words, I couldn't help but be nervous over the thought of being able to talk to Pitch even more after school! "S-s-sure!" I responded anxiously. "Ha...You really are a weirdo." I felt my heart sink..."W-weirdo....-" "In a GOOD way dumbass!" Pitch slightly punched my side and smirked at me. Oh, right of course...wait...in a GOOD way? What's that suppose to mean?

"YOOOOO PITCHHHHH!!!!" I heard a raspy feminine voice yell from behind me. I turned to see a girl with her hair in a pony tail, emerald green. She also wore a swamp green sweat jacket with ripped black shorts that stopped just high enough for her to get suspended from school. Her shoes were dirty black lace vans, and she had a bunch of cool tattoos on her thighs. "Did you save me some Mickie D's?" Pitch asked. The girl walked over towards Pitch and I with another guy walking beside her. His hair was a very messy platinum blonde with bubblegum tips towards the end. He had a septum piercing followed by one snakebite piercing and his clothes were very....interesting. Very tights blue jeans, rainbow studded belt, white tank top with a bunny on it and many, MANY bracelets. His galaxy vans looked really cool though, I had to admit. "Sorry Pitch, but I sorta ate everything after you walked away. I thought you weren't gonna come back???..." Pitch had an irritated expression on his face. He then let out a long sigh. "Anyway...Rach, did YOU atleast manage to have anything left over?" She pulled out a half empty McDonald's bag and shoved it into Pitch's chest. "Saved some fries for ya, well, and the kid next to you. You alright man? You looked pretty fucked up back there..." I looked down at the ground. "Y...yea, I guess..."

Thanks for the fuckin reminder.

Pitch looked down at me and noticed the expression on my face change. He stepped in. "Hey, come on, he's had a rough day. Let's not bring that up again if you don't mind."

Pitch....I swear you're a fucking life saver, I own him one.

"Anyway, so this is Kyle and Rachel. Kyle, Rach, meet Ash." Ah, so these are the two from the cafeteria.

"Hey." Rachel waved. "Hulloooo!" Kyle smiled widely.

I hate meeting new people but, these are Pitch's friends and they seem pretty cool. I didn't wanna seem rude.

"H....hi...I'm Ash..." "Aw, he's kinda cute." Kyle cooed.

C-cute...is he gay...? I mean there's nothing wrong with that. It kinda makes me feel less alone in the world honestly if that's the case. I wonder if Pitch has a girlfriend though...or if he's even into girls...or guys. I hope he's not straight. I wonder if Rachel is his girlfriend......That thought made me slightly jealous....I should ask to be sure...

"U-um...are you and Pitch...together?" I asked as I turned my gaze towards Rachel and Pitch. Rachel looked at Pitch, then he looked at Rachel. They both had a disgusted look on their faces. "HA!!! That's a funny joke Ash!" Pitch said laughing. "As if I'd date this freak. Never in a billion years!!" Rachel turned away making a gagging face. Well, it's good to know he's not dating her...or anyone else, hopefully. I might have a chance....

WHY DO I KEEP THINKING LIKE THIS??? ASH, GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!!

Kyle spoke up. "Hey Pitch, where did that girl that you told us to look after go?" Pitch scrunched up his face. "What the fuck, I told you guys to stay with her! Why are you asking ME where she is???" Kyle leaned up against the stair rail as he pulled a 3DS out of his back and powered it on as he continued. "Dude chill, I don't know where she is! She just walked off after we came looking for you and-" "Um...", I interrupted. "I'll just give her a call." As the phone rang, Rachel and Kyle started playing video games together while Pitch sat on the stairway looking at his phone. "Hey Charles, where are you?"

"In front of you."

I looked up only to see Charles standing at the entrance. She had a soda bottle in her hand as she started walking towards me and pulled me into a hug.
