It's been a month and my period has not come. I was in bed feeling like I was ready to throw up. I didn't feel like getting up but I needed to anyway.
Right when I got up, I ran to the restroom throwing up. Damn😑.
I threw up hard. I flushed the toilet and checked my bed cause I slept naked😛. "No blood". I said. I was thinking. I was thinking hard. Somethin wasn't right. "Bruh if I didn't have my period.....I might be pregnant". I said running to go put on some shorts and a black tank top and put my Hair in a ponytail then slid on my sparkly black flip flops. I grabbed my phone and purse and ran down the stairs to go to Walgreens. "Baby where you going?" Mom asked with coffee in her hand concerned. "I'll be back mom".
I told her and ran to my car. I got in and drove off. How was I gonna tell my mother? How would she react to me getting pregnant by a grown man? I'm just thinking and thinking. 6 minutes I got there and walked in to go look for a pregnancy test. I went straight to the ale that had some stuff for women. I was trying to see which was the right pregnancy test for me to take. "Need help baby girl?" She asked as I turn around. "Oh. I was looking for...a...pregnancy test because I might be pregnant". I said to her. "Oh dear. Here. This one is the right one. I've helped teenage girls like you with things like this to get the right results. This one is like only a minute before your result". She said. "Really? I'll try it out. It's cheaper too". I said. "I'm sorry you are in that situation where you're not comfortable enough to tell your mom. I know what it's like to be a teenager". She said. "Yeah. Apparently this guy is older than me and I'm only 16". I said. "Wow. Same happened with me when I were the same age as you. Preggo by a 27 year old man that was so attractive to me ya know? I was concerned bout telling my mother, I just felt like I didn't know what to do". She said. "Wooow. I'm glad things are better for you now as an adult". I told her. "Well, how much will this be?" I asked. "$12 Baby". She said. I went ahead and paid for it and thanked the lady. "Thank you mam. Such a pleasure with you". I said. "Anytime sweetheart. Good luck at home". She said.
