We finally are able to take the babies home after 3 days!! But before we left we went to visit Tristan.
"Hey Tesss.. omg!! The baby's are here!!" He said.
"Yeah, Taytum and Oakley!"

"They looks just like y'all!!" He said tearing up.
"Um, we decided that Oakley's middle name is Tris and Taytums middle name is going to be Tania!"
"Oh you guys!! I love it!! I'm so happy for you guys!!! I love you an them so much!" A tear rolled down his face. One went down mine to.
"Tristan we would love to stay longer but there are some people that need to be introduced to the new team 10 members." I looked at Jake.
"Seriously no." He shugged his shoulders. We said goo bye to Tristan and left to the teams house.
"SPECIAL DELIVERY!!" Jake yelled. Everyone shot down the stairs and ran to the baby's.
"Omg they look just like y'all!!" Erika said.
"Well duh I mean it takes two to tango!!" Jake said and I elbowed him.
"IM AN UNCLE!!!" Kade yells. We gave a baby to Kade and one to Erika.
"Which one is which?" I looked at Jake.
"Um hold on, Taytum has a birthmark on her lower back." He checked the one in Kades arms.
"Yup that's her and ew!!!! She can sure go!!" I laughed and took Taytum from jade and changed her diaper.
"Hey babe it's time to go to Logan! Mom and dad are over there!" He yelled from the living room.
"K!" We left to Logan's and soon we arrived.
"Oh my first grand children!!" Pam said. She took one baby and Greg took another.
"Hey sis how are you?" Logan's asked taking me in for a warm hug.
"I'm still ready tired and feel like I could pass out any second!" I said.
"Well why don't you go lay down in my room. I'm pretty sure everyone is occupied right now." He said.
"Omg thank you. Being a mother for 3 days has kilt me." I gave him a hug and went to his room and laid down.
2 hours later I woke up and Jake was laying in bed with me. Awe I love him.
"Where are the twins?" I ask.
"Mom and Dad has them. Logan went to the store real quick." He said.
"Ok." I said. I laid my head on Jake again and smiled. I'm the luckiest girl in the world.
I love my life. I hope it never changes.
3 weeks later
We have been at the hospital for 2 days straight. Tristan's doctors said that he would die this weekend. I'm so shook. I'm terrified of loosing my best friend.
Pam and Greg have the girls with them. Just saying.
"Tessels! I wanted to say, that no matter what happens I love you. You are the bestiest friend in the whole world! I can't say how much you mean to me but if I could it would be so long. I love you." Tristan said and I cried.
"Tristan no matter what happens be strong. Ok. Can you do that for me. I love you so much! I could never not love you bestie!!" I cried.
"Tessa don't cry, we will meet again. In another life!" He said.
"Ok ok I'm behing strong but how can I be if my best friend is on his death bed and the doctors cant do nothing about it.?!" I say.
"Tessa, I know it's hard but you can get through this, I love you." He said and squeezed my hand.
"I love you, Tristan!!? TRISTAN!"" He was unresponsive.
"Doctor help please." I screamed through the hall. He came running and hime tried to revive him but he couldn't. It was to late. He was gone. My Tristan was gone.
I fell to the floor and everyone (team 10) surrounded me in a hug. I cried my eyes out. No!!
"TRISTAN WAKE UP!!" I screamed.
