You know in the first author's note on Eclipse, I say that Damian and Jon are together? Well apparently it's all just fan theory and it's not specified on the latest issue of Super Sons (the comic series of Damian and Jon) but it'll still be Jon and Damian. I really like Damian's character and since there aren't any guy-guy relationships in DCCW, I'll mess with this one. Also, for my DC-ignorant friends (rjlxpin this is directly at you) I'll be doing a little character list next chapter like the things I do for my OC's.

Apparently, teaching Dick how to fly was harder than teaching Jason to use rubber bullets instead of metal ones that kill. Even though Dick managed to save himself from death (I know certain death sounds more enticing but we all know that Dick would have been able to fire a grappling hook or something like that to save himself. He does enjoy jumping off buildings for fun), he only knew how to fly upwards, apparently not understanding the concept of gliding and just continuously flapped his wings.

Just to make things better, Robin came around on his patrol. I know, we all loved Damian. Well, Dick and I adored him. Jason related with him, but couldn't have a conversation with the eleven year old without a swear word shoved in it. Tim was another story. I guess he finally understood why Jason was so ticked off when he found out Tim was the new Robin. Even if he was the original replacement.

"What is Gra-Nightwing doing up there?" He asked, climbing up onto the roof I stood on, as I zoomed in on Dick's struggling form up in the clouds using a replica of his mask. "And where did you get that mask?"

"I'm teaching Dick how to fly, since he was so interested. And this mask is a forgery, don't worry. I didn't mess up any of yours. Just copied the tech since holding a pair of binoculars and watching Nightwing fail is tiring work. Aren't you supposed to be on patrol, since B is occupied?"

"Hood and his outlaws thought it would be nice to patrol Gotham for now. I also finished two rounds already." He snapped. "Father is still in the Watchtower, and I haven't seen him since the mission I was not allowed to go to."

"Casualties?" I mentally groaned. There seemed to be extra injuries when Damian was excluded or just simply pissed.

"None. A couple of broken ribs though."

"Only a couple?" I asked again.

"Quit patronizing me!" He snapped again. "Tt. Obnoxious college students."

"Hey! You do not get to say that we're obnoxious. I mean, have you looked in a mirror lately?"

"I've looked at Drake. He's obnoxious enough."

"Why don't you ask me what you really came for, Ibn al Xu'ffasch?" Son of the bat. Damian Arabic name. "It wasn't just to check on your brother."

"You tell me, Al Qamar." I flinched at my own Arabic name. The moon. "What are you doing in Gotham City?"

"So, you did recognize me." I said. "Did you recognize me as Eclipse or my identity? I have been friends with Nightwing for a long time."

"I had my suspicions when I met you. And then you revealed yourself at the Cave, and I began to be more sure. I thought Mother would have told you of his identity. Since I had so ungraciously been called an enemy of the House of al Ghul."

"She told me that your mind had been corrupted by the Bat. I recognized you and wondered what Lady Talia's son was doing in Gotham, but then realized that you were really his son. I did start to question the identities of the rest, but I couldn't be sure, since Nightwing operated in Blüdhaven yet was still an officer in Gotham." I answered. "Don't worry, I haven't been as shocked as I pretended to be with Nightwing. I was relieved when I found the truth. I haven't been wrong about things for long. My bigger question is, how would you know who I was? I was sent on this mission by Lady Talia before you were even born."
