Matinette:Hey Tikki I'm so sorry that I didn't finish practice because something well more like someone came up so I let the girls off early today Sorry😅

Marinette sighed as she sent the text and placed her phone back in the bag before the teacher could come back because it was against the rules to use phones during detention.

Taking out her ladybug themed compact she looked at herself through the mirrio to see if her hair was messed up.

"Girls always on about their looks "Adrein said causing Marinette to roll her eyes.

"I thought the teacher said no talking"Marinette replied placing her compact back in her purse.

"He also said no texting but that didn't stop you now did it"Adrein said.

Marinette just rolled her eyes and sighed.She was going to be here for the next hour and a half .Forget not having anything to do She could have found something to do anything to do actually then spent and entre hour and a half in a boring a dull class room not that she hasn't been here before.

She has been here a lot of times.

She gave a questioning look when she saw Adrein standing up and heading towards the window.

"What are you doing "Marinette asked.

"Trying to escape"Adrein replied and tried to open the window but sadly it was locked."Damn it"

"The windows are all locked and so is the door so there's now way your getting out "Marinette said"Unless"

Adrein gave her a questioning expression "Unless what"

"Unless you use the vent it's the only way out "Marinette said"I've once snuck out of here with Tikki I know the way back to the hallways like the back of my hand"

"Great let's go"Adrein said pulling the girl by arm of her chair.

"Whoa just a second their buster "Marinette said getting out of his grip"Who said I wanted to escape"

"So you want to spend the next one and a half hour in this dull room for the teacher to come back and probably start teaching us a the periodic table or something"Adrein said "That's what you want "

"Ugh fine "Marinette said giving in to his logic.There is no way she was staying her for the next one and half an hour while she could be out there free"Give me a boast and no funny business"she warned.

Adrein just chuckled recived a glare from Marinette "Okay okay no funny business."

Adrein helped Marinette shimmy up the vent first fighting the urge in him to start funny business cause he knew how feisty this girl could be even though she looked so damn sexy doing so.

"Okay now you"Marinette said stretching her hand for him causing Adrein to raise his eyebrow at her hand.

"You literally think you can carr-"Adrein was cut of by Marinette grabbing his hand and pulling him up the vent leaving a shocked expression on the boys face.

"I work out"Marinette stated blandly and started crawling her way up.

Adrein getting out of his trance stared following her knowing that if he didn't he would get completely lost in the vents.

After about 15 minutes of turing conners they finally came to a stop.Marinette opening the hatch she got out the vents first and Adrein followed to find themselves in the hallway not so far from both theirs rooms.

"Hmm for a minute there I thought you were leading us in circles "Adrein teased.

"Well like I said I know the way like the back of my hand "Marinette replied.

"Well tell me when we can escape next time I just love following that ass of yours"Adrein joked causing Marinette to roll her eyes.

"Just when I thought I was going to have a decent conversation with you "she said turning on her heel"Well it's been fun I gotta go "

"See ya around my lady"Adrein said before they both turned separate ways.

Matinette sighed ad she finally reached her dorm room and opening it to see Alya had already came back.

"Alya your here"said Marinette placing her purse on her bed"Why so early "

"I just had to get home and research something on my laptop which I had stupidly left here"Alya said causing Marinette to giggle "Anyway what about you Tikki texted me and told you were in detention "

"Well I escaped "Marinette said opening their fridge to get an apple "It was fun"

"How did you ever get detention in the first place"

"Long story but can you believe that the principle actually thought that me and Adrein could pass as a couple"

"I don't doubt him"Alya said"You two would make such a cute couple"

Marinette glared at the girl after chewing and swallowing a part of her apple"Just for that I'm not telling you the story"

"But Mari"

"I'm taking a shower "Marinette said heading towards the bathroom.

"Mari "

"Oh sorry I can't hear you cause the water is so loud"Marinette said .

"Mariiii"

"Sorry"

Ugh Alya sighed and huffed fixing her eyes to the screen deciding that she'll just bribe Adrein to tell him with some chocolate croissants.
