For this who are confused, Hanahaki disease is basically coughing up flower petals and it has to do with someone you love. I don't remember the parameters of the cure, though. I want to say if the one you love that caused the Hanahaki acepts your feelings, it's cured. If they don't, you die of the disease. At least I think that's how it goes. Feel free to correct me.
